Barry sold me a buffet table and the process couldn’t be anymore smoother. He didn’t haggle or anything. And he was polite as well as patient when explaining the delivery process since they use a third-party white glove delivery company which did a good job too.

Worst experience ever! Very unprofessional! They forgot to set up our delivery so we were charged more fees. The employees at gfo were more concerned about being on their phones.

Soon as I walked in the sales man Azyurai greeted me and helped me pick out a comfortable affordable mattress. He had great customer service skills and answered all my questions. I would definitely ask for him when I come back!

I was referred to Grand Furniture by Kristy of Ashley Furniture. Ashley does not have the sleeper sofa that I was looking for ASAP. Kristy is so wonderful, caring and willing to go the extra mile for a customer. At GPO, Mr. Marlos Harris did not disappoint in terms of service. He is just as wonderful, caring willing to help like Kristy. Marlos was able to find what i needed. I am very thankful to these wonderful people!

Horrible service after sale and low quality product. Our couch broke after 13 months. We'd purchased the warranty and activated it. GFO lacks capability to do repairs and only offers replacement or in store credit. We opted for replacement. GFO took over 3 months to honor their warranty, even with us making weekly contact.

Got a wonderful deal on our couch and was even contacted about a small issue that I fixed myself and was refunded a portion for my troubles, staff very nice and not pushy!
