We’ve been taking our animals to General Booth for years and they have never let us down. My kitty developed a heart murmur and Dr. Keller saw us within the week. We formed a game plan that is safe for kitty but also not going to cost a fortune. I love their honesty in explaining routes for treatment and they always seem to put themselves in your shoes to offer you the best treatment advice.

They are friendly, take kind gentle care of our kitties and always follow up with a phone call after our appointments.

We have been seeing Doctor Sorrell for all of our pets since ~2009 and have had nothing but good experiences with GBVH. I recommend GBVH at every opportunity. We are greatly appreciative of all the staff and support that GBVH has and provides to us. It is especially lovely that we received a sympathy card when our dog, Mandy, passed away several years ago. That is an added touch that you don’t get everywhere & GBVH does little things during every visit to make sure we are receiving the best care possible and we appreciate it immensely!

General Booth Veterinary has been our Vet for a couple of years. We switched to them because our dogs are very skittish and we need to be with them to keep them calm. Our previous vet would not allow even after the pandemic issues stopped. We have had nothing but positive experiences with General Booth Veterinary since we started using them. They may seem a little pricey, but they are competitively priced compared to the other vets in the area.

The staff is always welcoming! And Dr. Wood is definitely the cat doctor! I appreciate the time she took with us to explain cat aggression and giving us resources!

This vet is superior. They worked with me for months to get in for many "happy time" visits before taking my anxious girl in. All the staff were friendly, welcoming and super patient with my ham. The happy visits helped a lot, but tech Nikki and Dr. Kohler's expertise and care were so wonderful for her visit. 8.5 years of vet experiences, labeling my cow as aggressive/intimidating has been rough.. I was nearly shocked at how well my pup did here. It was definitely due to this clinic's and providers care. Rio was the most compliant and happy for this visit that I have ever seen here since she was a young pup. Lots of tail wags, and happy body language. So relieved to finally find a place where we can be at ease :) taking care of our fur babes is not an easy job, thanks for all that you do ????????

Everyone in the office has always been great with both Coby and Buddy. That includes Dr, Nurses and support staff. You have been taking care of them since they were puppies. Even though Buddy past at 15 years old he would of not made it as a puppy if it wasn't for you. That visit was our first time in your office. I can't believe it's already been 15 years. We plan on getting a puppy for Coby and are looking forward to you all taking care of him or her. I can't say thank you enough.

Dr. Kohler and the General Booth Veterinary team always provide excellent care and concern for Lexie, my recently diagnosed diabetic 11 year old Maltese. Regulating Lexie’s blood sugar is challenging, but Dr. Kohler was always optimistic and offered options to address Lexie’s challenges.
I highly recommend General Booth Veterinary Hospital for your fur babies.

Be cautious. If you request an ultrasound, I would go elsewhere. For example, I had dog with a serious lung issue. So they examined his heart and pronounced him fit. Total amateurs or just plain arrogant as they refuse to talk to the paying client only talk to the referring vet.
