This entire company should be ashamed, letting so many people go and then requiring those still employed to come into the office 4 days a week in January. Make no mistake, that was done with malicious intent as Geico knows that most people are not looking to come in the office. Isn't your morale down? Do you not care about those who are still there? It saddens me. I am choosing not to renew my policy and going to USAA. I am encouraging many others to do the same! It will not have any bearing on their profits and no one will care I'm sure but I hope the sentiment echos. I hope it reverberates so that others hear it and are prompted to take on the charge as well. When depravity and injustice are abound we must call it out. We must uplift one another. In solidarity. Geico is raggedy. Prayers.

I continue to be disappointed by GEICO’s claims handling. My daughter filed a claim on April 29th and is still without her vehicle. Her in Chester has failed to answer any communications for the past month. The collision repair center in the dealership who is also repairing her people have failed to communicate with each other, causing continuous delays in parts not been ordered, and the vehicle not been repaired in a timely manner. She was also not given any consideration when it comes to extending a rental due to the delays that were not caused by her, but the lack of communication between the collision repair center and the dealership. She is a mother and has been without a vehicle! It’s unacceptable that no one is communicating with us about what’s going on.

Please be aware as this is a SCAM insurance company! For so many months people would gasp when I told them I had Geico and I reassured them Oh no they are a great company! Yes that's until their Representative Jasmine told me some FRAUDULENT information and ironically they didn't record the Convo allegedly so there was nothing that could be done. Jasmine LIED and stated in my accident forgiveness clause it covered damage to the others person vehicle and MINE as well. I was utterly shocked and appalled when the auto body shop told me I could pick up my vehicle unless I had $500 in cash ALTHOUGH Jasmine stated I didn't have to come out of pocket at all! I explained that if it wasn't covered I would wait since it was just a minor fender bender and I was out of work due to the fact my Mom had just passed and I was her Caregiver. After breaking trust like that I IMMEDIATELY found a new insurance company. STAY FAR FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU TRULY ENJOY BEING LIED TO AND FRAUDED BY A COMPANY YOU PERSONALLY PAY HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS TO EVERY MONTH! TAKE YOUR CHANCES WITH A REAL LEGIT INSURANCE COMPANY PLEASE DONT REJECT WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING ABOUT THE COMPANY AND END UP IN A SITUATION SIMILAR TO MINE! ALSO GEICO WAS MADE FULLY AWARE WHAT THEIR EMPLOYEE JASMINE HAD DONE BUT DIDNT TAKE ANY KIND OF ACTION AGAINST HER FOR LYING AND ALSO TO TRY TO ACCOMMODATE ME SINCE I WAS LEFT IN AN UNEXPECTED BIND! AGAIN, STAY AWAY! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

Been a customer for over 14 years. No longer! Cannot even get anyone on the phone anymore. Was in an accident and it's already been a week with no results. Keep jumping around with excuses. The party at fault had Geico as well as I, but still no answers. Extremely disgusted.***Update. After two weeks finally got a response. I had to go to the police station myself and recover police report and fax it myself to Geico to finally get an adjuster to come look at my car. All this running around for a measly $2,800. I gladly took my money somewhere else.

jealous leadership and unprofessional trainers!! woody is a supervisor thats gay and deceitful!! michael page is a undercover in the closet asshole! training classes start out large but everybody quits except 3 people..the whole building is half empty!! people are quitting every week and customers call in to cancel their policies everyday!! ridiculous sky high rates that have customers outraged calling in and going off on agents!! geico needs to go out of business n ket its competitors take their place. poor agents being stressed out by leadership trying to date them or fire them. not a good place to work for all the stress n low pay!! this va beach location lost alot of good agents!

Uhhuh get somebody else to do it ! Management talks about the associates like a dog. Over heard the manager and supervisor talking about a teammate planning on how to get her fired for using FMLA , saying they have to find another way because it’s illegal to terminate an employee for FML. Several equipment & application issue ON A DAILY BASIS but they dont care ...will just tell you to figure it. My last supervisor asked me to “suck up” and soldier through my pregnancy symptoms. He was very arrogant. It speaks for itself....very ghetto wouldn’t recommend. Ohh and they rip customers off bad , they like to take double payments & then ask for proof from the customer before they refund :(

Absolutely 100% scam of a company. Random charges out of nowhere, canceling insurance out of nowhere then reinstating the same plan for over $30 more and even unilaterally adding people to plans and charging over $100 for someone I DID NOT ASK TO BE ADDED. Whole company is sleazy and run by thieves.

Horrible company.....bad customer service....they want you to pay 25 percent down if not enrolled in automatic payments. This company is horrible.. they will not work with you........I would never ever recommend this company to anyone......

GEICO Please offer customer service and empathy training to your claims supervisors…at least in Hampton Roads. I’ve been a customer for 13 years and just had the worst experience EVER! Basically I was not told when my rental car allowance expired. I was told by Jason Rose- the Supervisor of Hampton Roads Geico that letting their customers know about how many days remaining is a “courtesy” and it’s up to the customer to keep track of the balances with @Enterprise. ? Never in my life have I heard such a thing. He was so arrogant and nasty with his conversation. Of course I called the 800# to speak to someone higher. Tichina answered and listened to my concerns. She was very kind and empathetic and got my message to Ashley Shockley who called me immediately. Ashley was empathetic assured me that I was supposed to be notified by GEICO and that they dropped the ball. I appreciate both Tichina and Ashley’s empathy and great customer service that caused me to remain a loyal customer of GEICO. I was about to call @Allstate because I would like to be in good hands ??, but they reassured my faith in GEICO!

If you are military, avoid geico at all costs. They have no consideration for service members. If your payment method expires while out on deployment they will not notify you and will send it to collections after the first missed payment. I even had a second card on file with them that was current and they did not charge it. I had another insurance with USAA that was attached to the same expired card, all they did was stop the service and allowed me to resume the policy as soon as I got back and provided updated payment info.
