I finally found a game I’ve been looking for and this store had it, thankfully it was still there by the time I found the place. I don’t remember the guy’s name that was working that day but he was really friendly and seemed like he knew his stuff. I will definitely go back to that store again soon.

Got some pretty good Pokémon pulls from them and a great deal on a new Xbox!It was a super easy, fast and pleasurable experience interacting with the sale associate there at the time. I will probably be back in soon to trade in some old games and phones

I left for a year and came back to a whole new crew and they are awful. Amanda ignored me the whole time and the guy working wouldn't answer any questions. I understand why the store was empty except for us. Got home and the disc's were gross. I've bought several hundred used games and they have always been clean or checked and cleaned before it was handed to me. I won't be back to this location till a new crew is put in.

I went in to buy the new series x and the young kid kept trying to put problems with simply solutions that he felt impossible to solve. Halfway through the process of trading my console in he said he didn’t want to do it because they were going to close. Super bad customer service and definitely won’t ever come back when this kid is working

Great staff. Very helpful. I was looking for a specific game, he helped me locate a copy, and called the other store to hold it for me. Lots of interesting stuff to look through. Clean and organized inside. I will definitely come back in the near future. Thank you so much for everything!!

I live in Norfolk but would much rather drive out here to see the staff here and I prefer this GameStop, it’s my go to and there customer service is wonderful. Very knowledgeable and professional staff!Norfolk GameStop could learn from them!Especially Janaf GameStop!

Way better experience here than any Norfolk GameStop, I live in Norfolk but I would much rather drive out here. This is my prefer go to GameStop and I love the staff here, very knowledgeable and professional!!!!

Small but has everything you would expect a gamestop to have. However as of right now (4/14/2021) they don't have any PS5 consoles. They will be getting some online soon.
