Was in the store around Christmas time (the busiest time of the year) and it's crazy how the employees would only pay attention to black customers and go out of their way to even kiss their feet. But not mine??? They didn't pay attention to me because I'm white And totally not because they were extremely busy and had no time for every single customer. Smh they didn't even greet me when I entered the store like Royalty!!! The absolute nerve of some people!

Was just in this store on nimmo parkway two salesmen in the store. They gave their undivided attention to all the white customers, my daughter and I were never acknowledged entering, while in the store or leaving.

I liked it. Typical GameStop store, friendly staff, with the usual type of stuff they sell - which is great as it's nice to see this type of merchandise in a brick and mortar setting. The best part is that the staff has usually used an accessory or played a specific game so you can get in-person, real-life feedback. The other thing I really like is that they also act as returns drop off for specific vendors and that is substantially easier than some other stores.

Clean and well stocked store! Very satisfied! Employee working was helpful and reminded me of my Pro rewards coupon that I was able to use.

Store was closed, when it said it was open. 08Jun came by the store a little before 7pm and the door was locked, sign said it was open til 8pm.

I don’t know why people give this place bad reviews. I’ve been going here ever since I was a kid and I’ve literally never had one bad experience coming here! IT’S THE BEST!!!! People are always so nice here and do their very best to help you ALWAYS!!!! HIGHY RECOMMENDED FOR LIFE!!!!

GameStop is one of the best stores for nerds and geeks alike. They sell Funko pops along with other video game merchandise. And of course lots of video games. Ranging from Nintendo 3ds to PS5. There is always something for everyone. You can also find consoles and accessories there. The employees are always very nice. You will not regret visiting.

On December 4th I witnessed two employees boasting derogatory commentary about military spouses. The reason for not recommended here is not for any kind of discount, 10 percent, or whatever monetary value anyone would want to throw in, but this is entirely about simple courtesy and respect. No military member, spouse, dependent child, or customer should ever hear such words spoken about them. So I cancelled our two pre-orders we made two weeks prior and decided not to purchase four OLEDs. I can’t spend my money at a location that talks so badly about military and their dependents like that. Not every GameStop is like this and we’ll go elsewhere. I’ve also emailed corporate with more details concerning this situation so a dependent hopefully never goes through this again.
