Bought a Maxident album from here and didn't get some stuff that's supposed to be included in there like the folded poster and love letter, bought the oddinary album today and also ended up not getting a folded poster again, paid over $40 for both albums. Buy them from target instead istg I lost my money ?

Just wanted to buy some stickers and got talked into signing up for the rewards, thinking it was free. Turns out it’s a membership with a monthly subscription of $12 per month. Told it was easy to cancel. Been trying to cancel, customer service is unable to locate me in the system at all. Informed by a store representative that card number/member number on my card that I was promised is not valid at all, even though it was scanned at check out. Representative provided me with a different number, and the store itself is unable to cancel the membership. Customer service is still unable to locate me in the system. Called the store back, the General Manager assisted by emailing her membership point of contact to get it cancelled. It is still ridiculous as it is advertised as “easy to cancel” and “can do so immediately”, yet it is anything but that. Think it’s a scam that it’s a paid membership, but advertised in the store as a free way to get discounts and points. Recommend only paying cash to not have your card linked to any membership. Do not sign up for FYE VIP it is ridiculously difficult to cancel.

It has some cool stuff, but the upper management isn't the greatest. You can feel how unhappy the staff are, so it makes it hard to shop there too often

they have a lot of neat collectibles, snacks, dvds, etc...but they're criminally overpriced on most items. I'd recommend looking up the retail prices of stuff before you buy to make sure if it's a decent price in store or not.

Lots of great anime/disney/cartoon stuff and would recomend to go here if your looking for any of these type of items. Bought some gifts for some friends. Only sour part is they ask if you want to join their vip which they dont tell you till later that its 11.99 a month. Canceling the VIP was easy though, you just have to register using the card they give you so you do not get charged. I bought a tony tony chopper hat and a squitle plushie.

Over prices stuff I can find on Amazon for cheaper. Also we recently bought a handheld game from there and it didn't come with the SD card that has the games on it. So essentially we just bought a shell.

Expensive products that can be found much cheaper at other establishments. The employees were not very attentive to customers walking in store.. Did not even acknowledge our presence when we entered the store or even offer to help us find what we were looking for.. They stood at register enjoying their conversation with each other not helpful at all with customers.. We actually left and went to Barnes and Knobles and received way way better service across the board!! I hope FYE will address and fix this issue..

The experience was great. It was a nice store, clean and organized, they they just didn’t have the selection I went there for, but that’s OK. I’ll get it sometime otherwise it was terrific. Staff was nice and friendly. I’d go back and check there again anytime!
