“I entered MattressFirm with a little bit of knowledge and a budget. Roy and I talked for about 5 minutes then he said he thought what I was looking for was more likely on-line. After another 5 minutes we came up with a mattress that was very close to what I was looking for and definitely under my budget. He didn't try to upsale me. Was more interested in what was going to work for my situation now. In a few years when my situation has improved I will be looking for Roy again. A good solid business transaction without any BS.

“After throwing away our old mattress, we went to Mattress Firm at Hilltop. I asked what mattresses were in stock, and we were shown the " mattresses in a box". It was a great economical choice,and once out of the box the foam expanded to 10 inches thick. We both find it comfortable to sleep on yet has the support we need as well.”

She really listened to us, left us alone to browse, but seemed to have a sixth sense for checking in just when we needed her to, and was so knowledgeable and helpful.
The delivery team was great. They protected everything so carefully, especially when it started raining mid- delivery. Our house is full of moving boxes and they were so helpful about placing the furniture as close as possible to where it will go.”

“A mattress is not something we shop for frequently, so it is kind of like buying a car. After doing a lot of research and visiting several retailers, we decided to purchase from this location. The salesperson was honest and low pressure which was the selling point for us. We were buying a Tempur-Pedic so the price doesn't really vary, so we felt the most comfortable shopping when we were here. We weren't stalked but we weren't ignored either. Just the right amount of attention. The delivery options were faster than the Tempur-Pedic Flagship store in Virginia Beach. The delivery and setup was quick, easy, and flawless. Highly recommend!”

“If you want anything from here, be prepared to wait a while, we initially purchased a table and some chairs from here and the wait was about four months. It is worth the wait.
We initially pulled the trigger to place an order and let them know we were looking to move in about the same amount of time as the wait was. They were willing to work with us every step of the way to make sure we got what we ordered, and they arrived two weeks prior to our move. The staff there was very helpful and kind the whole time, and whenever we had an update, we would let them know so they can work with us, to include a special trip to the maker In Ohio if needed.
The table was expertly assembled and they even told us a few tips for getting it ready for the move. They were very professional, courteous, and had it done in about 15 minutes.
The table and chairs themselves are beautiful, each one is hand made, and tells a different tale. I absolutely love the table and chairs that we ordered from them, and I would order from them again if we were staying local.”

“Chad, the salesman, was very helpful in finding me the exact sleeper sofa I wanted at the right price. He was also informed as to what was in stock where, and how soon it would take. He went over all of their policies with me. However, I do not agree with the pressure to post reviews before leaving the store and actually receiving the furniture.
The furniture came in perfect condition at the appointed time. I love the quality. The delivery drivers were courteous. I paid the $99 delivery fee to have them install the legs for me and bring it into the house instead of out on the porch.
The delivery service could use some improvement. I was reminded often that I must give 72 hours notice to change my appointment, no exceptions. An extra $99 fee is charged if so. 72 hours seems unreasonable. Also, I was texted to call the delivery phone number to set up an appointment, but when I tried to call that number an hour later, no one answered, with no voicemail, just several disconnections.”
