Only 2 teller's working at the time, surprisedly they are always busy, even if they are not having that many customers. They always take so long with each customer.I am so disappointed that I always have to wait over 20 minutes for a transaction that takes them only 2 minutes to complete, if I could give them no star at all!

Not necessarily this location, but my wife's card was cloned and someone used it. They denied refund because of "conflicting information." This is after charging two overdraft fees, despite there being money in a saving account. Great customer service move.

My family has been banking with this branch for years. The staff have always been very polite and helpful. Nicaya Johnson helped me with an issue today on my account. She went above and beyond, and the issue was fixed promptly. This branch and the employees care about their customers and give 100% every time.

The staff was very nice and helpful. I needed help last minute (mom = tooth fairy) and they helped me get the special coins the tooth fairy brings.

Beware of this banking institution! We used them for our business and personal. Several times over the years we had situations where we would deposit cash and they would tell us the amount we sent in was incorrect. The last time it happened I went inside to discuss the situation when they told me I was $100 short. When I walked in I asked for my cash back so I could count it myself again and they deposited it already so my cash wasn’t able to be given back. I was not happy as I counted the cash a couple times myself before sending it in to them. Joanne (Manager) at this location told me I must have lost it myself as they always have and have never taken the blame for any of their mistakes. I called corporate and spoke to a women named Kat. She explained that the machine that does the counting always had issues with $100 dollar bills. I was called back a week later and was told that the machine was calibrated correctly so I must have sent in the wrong amount. My wife had this happen to her a couple times and even once they said we sent in more than we claimed we sent. Days later I went in and had them count the cash in front of me before running it in the trusted machine and the teller counted it incorrectly in front of me. At this point I lost all trust in this bank. I even gave her a note with how many $50’s and $20’s I gave her like Joanne said is best to do. They except no responsibility in any of their mistakes. So I went in to close the business accounts and was told they don’t close them until the next morning just Incase more charges try to come through. Every other bank that I’ve used closes the accounts right then. So the next day items went through which I could have easily taken care of with that merchant myself but no no I received overdraft fees at $39 each cause they paid them. So I had to pay them before they would close the accounts and ask that they block anymore that may try to come through. Finally days later what I thought would be all business accounts closed Joanne forgot to close 2 of them. Thankfully they were tax accounts and nothing went through. So a couple months later my wife went in to close our personal accounts and she found out Joanne never closed all the business accounts I spoke of above. The same thing they wouldn’t close the accounts until the next day and sure enough an investment company that we switched our auto draft the month before made a mistake and sent through 3 charges and they gave us 3 overdraft fees at $39 and since we were out of town and didn’t catch it in time we received 3 daily fees at $6 a day. Thankfully our investment company paid the fees and the amount they sent through. A phone call to Joanne led us to forgiveness of only one day and one fee. $39 and $6 and there was no way they would give us all the fees off. Our investment company felt as though this is a great way for this bank to build revenue for themselves cause they certainly don’t have their customers better interest in mind. I highly recommend staying away and keeping your money in a bank that owns up to their mistakes and doesn’t blame everything on their customers.
