Ert bad customer service I will be back in store and return wallet on website it was 10 usd and in store they don’t give me disscaunt I pay 18 usd although very rude cashier

I found a few shirts and a dress that I fully intended to buy but ended up leaving because of how bad the customer service was. Two of the shirts I found came off a rack with a sign that said $9 and under but the tag still said $20 so I asked one of the workers there to verify they were in fact $9. With eyebrows raised and lips pursed lips she pointed back to the sign and said "sign says $9". I let it go, thinking I was reading into it. Then I let her know that there were a couple items I had tried on that I wasn't going to take and handed them back to her and she promptly responded by rolling her eyes and sighing at me.

I love this business and I love the clothes here but at this location the customer service sucks, even when I was being kind to the cashier thinking she might’ve just had a bad day nothing changed and when I came back a week later same attitude and same rudness wit another cashier! The only nice on I encountered was a guy wit a hat, hes so sweet and just is such a bright person! Wish him the best but the ladies need something bc thats not ok, especially since I noticed it was more towards teens! I totally recommend the one at the norfolk outlets, even the ladies there were telling me how they hear how bad the lynnhaven workers r!

Terrible customer service at this location! Cashier was absolutely rude. I needed to hurry because she had a line - as if I didn’t just wait in that line to get up there! I had heard this was a problem at this location but didn’t experience it myself until now. Whoever manages this store needs to step up and fix this. I will drive to the other location rather than deal with people like this.

My husband and I visited the Francesca's Lynahven mall location over Labor Day weekend on September 2nd, 2023. Although we don't frequent the mall often, this store has always been one of my favorites to shop at. As we walked in, we saw signs everywhere stating that all clothes were priced at $35 or less, which immediately piqued my interest. Excited by this deal, I walked inside and found a really cute black dress that caught my eye. However, its price tag indicated $65. In search of clarification, I approached the cashier on duty that morning, expecting a friendly and helpful interaction. Regrettably, my encounter with her proved to be quite the opposite.Upon approaching the register, the cashier, who had just been told by someone else who worked there to assist us, abruptly walked away without acknowledging my question about a price check. Slightly annoyed, I waited for her return along with my husband. When she got back behind the register, she said absolutely nothing to us and instead stared us down with a furious look on her face, accompanied by excessive/impatient blinking. I asked again for a price check please, to which she responded with a curt "$65, 25% off." Confused by this response, I inquired about the signs prominently advertising that all clothing was priced at $35 or less. Her response, delivered with an abrupt and insanely rude attitude, was that these signs did not apply to dresses. I admitted my misunderstanding and stated, "Oh, I see. I thought the deal applied to all clothing." Her reaction, characterized by utter resentment of me, left both my husband and I taken aback. She said "uhh this is a dress not clothes" with an undertone that implied we were stupid.Failing to be given any further assistance, I stepped back and shared my disappointment with my husband, telling him that the signs seemed misleading. In response, the cashier rudely interjected, exclaiming, "EXCUSE ME!?" In an attempt to clarify, I repeated, "This appears to be false advertising."Disheartened by the entire encounter, I placed the dress on a nearby table and ran for the exit. As I walked away, I overheard the cashier muttering obscenities under her breath, leaving me totally astounded by the level of unprofessionalism and discourtesy displayed during what should have been a straightforward transaction. People with wretched attitudes like this should not be permitted to work in the customer service industry. Her horrible demeanor ruined our experience at Francescas and if it were up to me, she would be fired immediately to ensure better service for future customers. I understand that good help is hard to come by in this day and age, but I guarantee I am not and will not be the only one to leave this store with similar feelings of mistreatment from this woman.

A nice, clean, organized store. It has a variety of different things. Has a very good selection of jewelry and gifty items. Nice clothing variety as well. I had a great experience, very nice, friendly staff, that appreciate my business. I will have to go by here more frequently.

I went in there yesterday. The woman at the counter said that I wasn't skinny enough to wear the merchandise. I guess a size 8 is fat to her. RUDE!I will tell my friends!

Omg Cheyenne is amazing!!!Went there 2 weeks ago and soon as I stepped in I was warmly greeted .she explained the sales to me...i haven't had an encounter like this one at this location.her energy level is top notch and was multi tasking while I was there.she even looked up something for another customer to see if it was online above and beyond I said. Francesca need to hire more people like her...she has a sweet soul and went back just to do the survey and pick up a bracelet I wanted...keep up the great work.she made me want to come back unlike other times I've been in there..the other associates I feel like they uust watch people ...i felt uncomfortable other times before ....but Cheyenne turned that around with her bubbly personality... Will get visit again
