I think I was looking for Perfumania and went to Fragrance Outlet instead. Perfumania always has beautiful deals and I usually emerge from the store with arms laden.Anyway, Te Asia was very helpful!!

I have purchased from this store a few times and I’m always pleased. The employees let you smell as many samples as you like and have great suggestions towards your fragrance type preference. Recently purchased a few more at the outlet mall and it was quick, easy, and I’m pleased with my purchases.

Darius was very nice and patience with me I came in with a few on my mind that I wanted to purchase they also had a sale going on he was very informative about everything he help me pick out the BEST FRAGRANCE ! I got three all smell so fresh will be returning I knew nothing about this place

I explained that I was looking and thought I would recognize what I wanted once I saw the bottle. The sales associate was extremely high pressure and repeatedly handed me fragrance samples that were “popular”. I explained I was looking for something familiar that I’ve worn in the past. She kept asking what I had worn before, I finally shared one fragrance that I like- Diamonds- she said they have that. And showed me a bottle “white diamonds” I explained that isn’t the same bottle, it’s just Diamonds. She said something about new bottles and several companies have updated their bottles. I bought what I thought was “Diamonds” though my daughter shared this isn’t the same perfume at all…. Further I also was convinced to purchase a perfume I’ve never even heard of “so I could get 50% off”I wanted Diamonds by Giorgio Armani NOT “White Diamonds” by Elizabeth TaylorOther fragrances I looked for, Opium By Yves Saint Laurent, Obsession (CK) and Giorgio.I’m so angry, other than returning my merchandise I can’t imagine shopping at that store again.

The salesperson was helpful when I purchased the items on 5/20/2021. I got a BOGO deal. The reduced item smelled OK when the salesperson, Lillian put it on a card. Once I opened the box and tried it on my skin at home, it smelled like ‘stale’ perfume. I returned it a week later.Lillian explained the exchange policy. I read it too. However, if the perfume is ‘old’ then there should be an exception. Needless to say I walked out with the old stuff. She was very nasty acting when I explained that the perfume was old. She didn’t attempt to resolve the issue. No worries, I’ll never return and patronize that store again. By the way, I left the item outside of the shop because I didn’t want it.

This place is more expensive than any outlet I've visited in my 40 years in the earth. Their clearance prices were regular retail prices. So if you're looking for regular mall prices this is the place to go for sure. Lots to choose from. I liked the fragrance outlet that's about all.
