They have BOGO deals that (if you are not budget careful) you will wind up buying more than needed!!! Great savings if you can plan it just right!

I really do not like to go to any food lion.
The only reason I stop at this one is because it's within walking distance, and I hate to drive.
Every one of them allow their employees to smoke at the front of the store, making it smell like an ash tray. Cigarette butts everywhere.
Was told by an employee that they are supposed to smoke further down. Why? So the other stores can smell bad too?
On the way out today, I saw one smoking right in front of the propane bottles.
I asked them how dangerous they thought that was. They said it was a vape, not a cigarette.... it's still an ignition source!!!!
Make them smoke out back Food Lion!!!

Front end cashiers (not all) but a couple lack customer service skills. Barely acknowledge the fact they’re ringing you up or not greet you. Last night I’m pretty sure it was register 4 the guy seemed like he hated his job (which I don’t blame him lol) but don’t have a attitude with your customers. Didn’t say one word was just in a massive rush and the facial expressions he was doing said it all. You could tell he was angry because it was “busy”. Just tell me to have a good night or something ? talk to your reg #4 cashier that was at 5:38pm to drop the attitude and work on his people skills. He made me feel like he was annoyed by my presence.

This store is going downhill. They closed off one of the doors, forcing all customers to exit to one side of the building so no one uses the other side of the parking lot. This does not make any sense since the doors they closed off are the exit doors at the register. Then the cart holders in the parking lot are all to the side that no one uses because you can't walk out the other door. Makes no sense. Stupid. Also. They are always out of stock on stuff. It's like they hardly restock. It is getting ridiculous.
