This team is unmatched. Not only have they serviced my car, they have done so with a family-first attitude. As a single mom relatively new to the area, it is hard to find auto shops that take you and your concerns seriously. My vehicle has had multitudes of issues over the last few months, and this team has gone above and beyond to make sure my car is solid. I would need a whole book to write out all of the positive feedback I have for this business. Saying "thank you" doesn't even cover the gratitude I have for Randy, Steve, and the rest of this team. Don't change a dang thing y'all do -- because you do it right every time!

We have been using First Landing for many years.
The friendly service is delightful.
However, the most outstanding service is the honesty of the business/staff. I can trust what my vehicle may or may not need. 9 times out of 10 I pass my annual inspection, after a thorough check.
They offer great coupons and a delightful gift bag, with my favorite mints! They show you how much they appreciate your business.
We highly recommend them to everyone!

I loved their automated interface to get my appointment and then to see the results. I had time to think about their recommendations before I went to get my car or give them the go-ahead to do the extra work.
I also love that this is a local place that I feel very comfortable at.

Love this place. Greeted by professional and courteous staff; provided transportation to and from my house; provided pictures of all their findings and gave recommendations; left a thank you bag on my car seat with mints inside!!! What?!? Who does that?!? First Landing Auto Care does and I wholeheartedly recommend them for car serving.

I had a tire pressure problem (nail). It was addressed and communicated to me what was needed. The tire was shown to be needed to be replaced. I gave the okay and was told when it would be ready for pick up. It was ready on time and reasonably priced. I feel I can trust my car repairs here. Good folks to work with.

I got my vehicle inspected today, the entire process was easy and convenient. I really appreciated the free ride home after dropping my vehicle off. I work odd hours so the option to pay for my service online and pick up my car key from a lock box to retrieve my vehicle after hours was also very convenient. Everyone was friendly.
They also provided a comprehensive list of suggested future repairs, but there was no pressure or upselling from the staff.
Will be back for future services.

I’ve gone to different car shops in the area and had to take my car back several times because the issues weren’t fixed. First Landing Auto Care is not that type of company, they give you quality the first time. For the first time ever, I can trust that my car is in good hands and as a single woman with absolutely no car knowledge, that’s really important. I’ve even called and left messages to schedule appointments on a holiday weekend and the owners texted me directly to get me scheduled; this place is a straight up gem.
