The visit I had as a walk in was unbelievable. I had a UTI and I received quick complete instructions from the Dr.Woodards PA who was over the top. He gave me advice what I should do for the future to help me. He gave outstanding customer standards as a doctor. Please keep him in your practice, he is very talented and knows his stuff..very impressed.
Dr. Woodard, you are too...

This doctor's office has very kind caring and compassion people working there. The front office are respectful and well mannered. The medical assistants are kind and caring and my PA is very thorough, understanding and she also doesn't rush me, she makes sure that all my needs are meant before I leave her office. I couldn't ask for a better doctor ??

As a healthcare worker I've read some of these reviews and quite frankly people complain about the littlest things. Patients EXPECT everything their way and if it isn't then they try to blemish the business. This is obviously a good business otherwise it wouldn't have been around for so long. Rudeness in my opinion is your perception. Sometimes when people don't get the answer they want then they think someone is being rude when they are actually just following their companies policies. As for the gentleman complaining about being a New Patient after not being seen for 3 years. That's standard in most offices. At the bare minimum everyone should at least have a yearly physical (with routine bloodwork), this is how you keep on top of things but most folks only want to be seen when they are sick or need something like paperwork filled out for a job or something. Working the healthcare field is very difficult and perhaps all your complainers should ask yourself where you wouild be without it?
It's because of these ridiculous complaints and entitlement that folks are getting out of the healthcare field.

I had a great experience at First Colonial Family Practice Center last week. I waited no more than 5 minutes before seeing Stephanie Scott, FNP and I loved her! She listened intently to my complaints, asked questions, sent me for X-rays, and inquired about my preferences for addressing the problems. I left there feeling that she definitely cared about helping me. Dr. Bradley Tennant has been my Primary Care doctor for many years and I think he is wonderful as well. He has always taken such good care of our entire family and he is so easy to talk to about my healthcare concerns.

Receptionist was incredibly rude and disrespectful. Tried to call me a liar by saying I’d gotten 3 different sets of new patient paperwork but I’d only ever stepped foot into the office once and only gotten one copy of new patient paperwork. When I told her that, she told me I needed to calm my attitude down. She needs to not work in a place that takes care of patients or she needs to get some kindness training. Longer review on Yelp.
2 stars bc the other 2 receptionists that tried to help me were polite

I recently had a first time experience with a virtual doctor appointment. I felt that Dr Killen did a great job answering my questions, making suggestions and making this experience a positive one. The staff at First Colonial Family Practice did a great job preparing me to have the virtual appointment so that the experience went so smoothly and and successfully.

Outstanding clinical and support staff who are available seven days a week! . The doctors and clinicians are caring, diligent and wise. I have seen Dr Robert Woodward for many years. His insistent urging that I have a biopsy based on indicators in blood work that I was dismissing, led to an early diagnosis of cancer that saved my life.

I have been going to First Colonial Family Practice since 1992 and have consistently received very good medical care. My doctor is Dr. T. Samaras and I can say only good things about him. He is kind, knowledgeable and listens carefully when I share my health concerns with him. He always orders the necessary tests, goes over the results and gives me referrals to specialists whenever I need more care.
This practice is well staffed with doctors and supporting personnel and if I have to visit on emergency basis, I can always see another doctor who is available at that time. The waiting time is fair, especially with an appointment. The receptionists, medical assistants and nurses are polite, competent and efficient. The facility is very clean and welcoming. I am very happy with the services I receive at First Colonial Family Practice and would recommend this place to all who seek quality medical care.

I've been going there since 1970 best group of doctors I know. Especially Dr Jeffrey Charlton he has been our family Dr all of our lives and he really cares about his patients he has even called me on my personal phone to check on me and see how I was doing... This speaks volumes in today's World as to me some providers make you feel like just another number in line not personal with you and sometimes rude, but not here! I am proud to say I highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking help.
