**Update** Thank you for contacting me Olivia. I must have just gotten the wrong person on the phone. Definitely not the person you want interacting with customers. Since we had no warranty to worry about voiding we went ahead and tried a small spot of Brasso on the top of the fixture and it polished up nicely. Thank you for reaching back out to provide assistance.Bought brass light fixtures for our island about 17 months ago. Called today to confirm care instructions because I don’t want to damage them while cleaning (they look like they are starting to tarnish). Rep in VB stated that they were likely not brass, just sprayed to look that way. No way to look up my order, no warranty after a year and if I could remove my light from the ceiling I could likely find the brand inside the electrical housing and look up the care instructions myself. I explained that if, in fact, they are not brass, and this is a permanent state of deterioration of the fixture that would be horrible since these were really expensive; she chuckled and offered no assistance/explanation. Not the customer service one might expect after paying $3k for two light fixtures. Definitely not the quality you’d expect either.

All I have to say is... people should never judge a book by its cover. I walked in this place and NO ONE even said hello to me. If they only knew I was there to replace 3 full baths, a .5 bath and an entire kitchen (with an island). Won't get a dime of my money.

Taylor's at Haygood sent me to Ferguson for a very specific type of oil used in gas fired boilers. I had a picture of what I needed, however it was not available. The sales clerk showed me a similar product that suited my needs.

Customer service was horrible, I asked for assistance twice to no avail. I never felt more invaluable as a customer. Will never purchase from this business anymore. Hannah walked by me and didn’t even acknowledge my presence.

I got what I needed. It was very expensive though. Also, I was talking with the manager and mentioned that I had a husband and he said you mean partner! So he's made my husband my partner? I really think that's for me to decide not him! Do you call your wife your partner or your wife? Why would you expect me to do any different? Please, be careful with discrimination. And yes, That was a form of discrimination. ?

The showroom is beautiful & has so many items on display without being too cluttered to effectively browse, helpful & patient staff really helps! I enjoyed being there gaining ideas to enhance my renovation.
