Dallas is always courteous, helpful, and efficient. Every time I come in here, he provides outstanding service. I appreciate that there is a knowledgeable, proactive employee at this location, and that’s why I keep coming back.

This is my second printing with the store. I came back a second time because Dallas L. exceeded my expectations the first time and nailed it out of the park the second time. He is personable, knowledgable, and simply provides excellent service with a high-quality finished product.

I'm assuming they have a policy where they are not allowed to assist customers with bringing in their packages? I went to the store at Landstown Commons over the weekend to return equipment back to my job I had a lot of boxes a couple of them were pretty big my son loaded them all up in my car for me.. when I arrived at FedEx there were zero customers in the store only the young man Dallas was working by himself I asked if he could assist me with some boxes he flat out told me no he was not allowed to leave the front desk but mind you there were zero customers in the store and I was parked immediately in front of the store he didn't even offer to hold the door for me as I struggled to pick up boxes to put on a crate which is the only thing he offered me was the crate which he pointed at from his desk that he was afraid to leave from behind as if he was glued to it. I would just like to say thank you so much to the customer who came into the store while I was there with three little babies all three were under the age of four she placed all of them back in her car to assist me loading up my boxes and she also held the door for me the young man Dallas didn't even offer to do that then another young fellow who works at FedEx walks past me into the store I asked him did he work there so I could ask for his assistance to at least hold the door for me he was fully dressed in FedEx clothes and blatantly told me he did not work there I'm not sure who raised these "boys" but if you see a customer especially a woman struggling to lift boxes the least you can do is offer to help... if it's a policy for FedEx that you are not allowed to do that you could have at least offered to hold the door for me while I struggled to push the crate inside the door with the huge boxes on it it's embarrassing boys are working representing FedEx that's a job for a real man who don't mind helping a customer and or a woman.

I came here to ship a package to my mother. I just wanted to buy a box and put it in there. The young man named Alice said I’d have to pay 999 for the box and for him to tape it up when the box is only $3.75 and for me to put my own things in the box. Whenever I come to a location and I have to get a box completely Tate when I’m shipping and it’s my own box a taper for free so I’m confused and why it’s gonna cost me the difference between 375 and 999 for me to put my own stuff in a box and I’m gonna purchase from you versus not. There is a big difference in service between this one and the location in Virginia Beach off Laskin road. I give this zero stars and I give the other one tin star all day long. I will never come back to this location.

My wife and daughter went to ship a 2x3 sign to Cali for 3 day shipping and they wanted $1200. You read that right. $1200 for a picture frame box. Then they had the nerve to offer a tv box for $1000. FU FedEx. Went to UPS, Guranteed 2 day for $120. Done with this store. Stay away.

If I could give this a -0 I would, I try to fax some paperwork off and got little to no help at all but when another customer walks inn . They was on it 100% so grad my work and I'll wake up early in the am and go to offline max .

The person who helped me was named Rick located at 3388 Princess Anne Rd., Virginia Beach, VA 23456. He did an outstanding job! Went above and beyond everything I could’ve imagined! I was shipping out a broken laptop for parts and he managed the crowd like a wizard, and was so nice to everyone and got everyone out the door conveniently, and on time. The reason why I’m writing this review because I was having a really stressful day, nothing was going right for me and Rick’s outstanding customer service really changed my day for me and helped me ship my package with ease and was so nice! I cannot recommend Rick enough and I really hope this speaks just how highly his awesome customer service really was! I really hope review this helps him, and you should acknowledge him for his outstanding professionalism and his unbelievable speed and efficiency and kindness helping customers!

The wooden table stand was 30” high and packaged and shipped in a 28” box. When it arrived after 18 stops across the country to Hawaii, the top of the stand was broken and unusable. No responsibility at local stores until claim is resolved.
