The professionalism and focus of Shani was extremely impressive. Shani is extremely skillful in all aspects of customer service and performance. He maintained focus and professionalism well as he was even training a new employee as he packed boxes and assisted customers with self-service equipment. I wish Shani much success in his future endeavors as well as Siamya in her new employment experience with FedEx. This is a great location to do business, because everyone is so thorough and caring. I cannot say enough. Such caring individuals should never go unnoticed. Thank you.

Shani tried to upsell me on boxing an item he could not accept otherwise. The same item that was delivered to me by a business through fedex ground. Hard to tell if it was just incompetence, laziness, or a mix of both.

Exceptionally slow customer service. Waited 10 minutes to attempt to complete a wal mart return. Only one person was in front of me the entire time. After 10 minutes I was asked if I needed to just return a package. I probably wouldn’t recommend this location if you have anything to do when stopping by.

(REVISED AND EDITED)Allow me to start by saying this, I never expected to receive such outstanding customer service and quality products from FedEx. My first thought was to use the online printing services that were probably out of the country. I had my doubts about those services because if they made a mistake how could I see someone to address the problem. I decided to look local so I can do face to face business. You know like actually talking to people looking them in the eyes and shaking their hands and getting a good feel for the person. I first met Shani at the Wal Mart in Virginia Beach on Lynnhaven Parkway. He shared with me that he could do printing for my business. I did not know FedEx provided printing.My first request was an “A” frame and poster prints. I was very impressed with the work. Shani was phenomenal in every aspect of the process while assisting me with several orders prior to this one I'm actually writing for the receipt. His customer service and delivery is top shelf and impeccable. This man's work ethic should be an example of other store managers to emulate. He has made each interaction and sale whether face to face or email very pleasant. Every time I walk into the store his staff presents a positive environment. They are very friendly and welcoming. I can see they enjoy working with him. Any changes that were required he was quick to respond and the turnaround was amazingly quick. My orders were always back to me within a timely manner if not earlier than originally scheduled. Shani's store is by far the best FedEx store that I've had the pleasure to work with.I hope he does not change what he's doing. As far as I'm concerned FedEx printing is by far the best and I will only continue to use its services where Shani is employed. He as set the bar high and that's what every business in the business of people should do. He's simply "Brilliant in the Basics" of customer service. Thanks Shani! Outstanding customer service from Maria's greeting and hand-off to Shani who got everything printed and accurately cut.Shani was professional and respectful even when I changed my mind. The service was SO fast! My order was finished in less than 30 minutes.

We were in the office waiting for the package the driver puts the purple sticker on the door truck and leaves before I could catch him he had called the office saying that no one was at our office at 1 o'clock in the afternoon he dropped it off on Volvo Parkway pick it up because he told his office we were not in the store or store had customers in it and watched him run to his truck day 2 He dropped package off at Harris Teeter and had the manager deliver it to our store she does not know why we would've never gotten our package for the nice Harris Teeter manager Orchard Square shopping Center.Thank God it wasn't a important court package
