I paid for two day shipping. I was given a slotted time and the slotted time was lengthy. I understand that. However, The FedEx driver arrived without notice Two hours prior to the estimated time and therefore I missed the package because it required a signature. If a person pays for a specific faster shipping option and it requires a signature, FedEx Should be very mindful of the timeslot and stay within that timeslot in their delivery. If they do try to deliver prior to the time, they should give the customer a call!
I tried to call FedEx customer service to request for them to come back the same day as I explained I needed my packages today and they told me I would have to wait and pick it up in the evening at the warehouse. I wasn’t satisfied with that response because it was not my fault I missed the delivery. I requested they contact the driver via dispatch or whatever method they use and I was told the second time I called that this will happen and I will be delivered the package later on. When I contacted them back to find out if it was processed that way since I received a notification saying tomorrow And not today, I was reassured that it was indeed today and that the system automatically does that. Now, it is 7:45 PM and the website says they are closed and the customer service said the man was heading back to the warehouse at 6:45. I never did receive after escalating in customer service , my packages. The communication and the options for delivery and when FedEx makes the mistake, they should fix it immediately. I am very dissatisfied with being lied to twice from customer service to the escalated customer service supervisor or manager… I am extremely upset.

I was able to ship everything I wanted to easily, including some returns. The employee who helped me was very professional and kind and the transaction was quicker and easier than I expected. Shipping is very fast, all of my items will make it on time, which I didn't expect. I highly recommend this location.

No direct line to staff.Did not make the delivery attempts they claimed (got proof, too!). Phone robot can't accept their own tracking numbers.

Poor communication led to time wasted. I wasn’t available to receive a package due to my work schedule. The website’s tracking info said that the package would be available to pickup at this location at 2pm. I arrived at this location around 3:40pm, but was told by the fedex employee that the driver wasn’t back yet, and to come back at 5. I live about 15-20min away, so I decided to stay in the area. When I came back at 5pm, I was told that the driver had went back to my residence to attempt a redeliver. No one had told me that that was going to happen. Now I’m sitting here waiting again, because they said the driver will be back in 30 minutes. Poor communication, poor management, and my time wasted.
