what I didn’t like is that your times are leading I needed to drop off a fedex package before hitting the base this location was not opened . Didn’t open until 8am ! By two hours y’all need to change your times ! You had four guest who pulled up and had a conversation out front of my car that it’s says 6am ….

Horrible. Never ever will I use fed ex again. They literally dropped the ball completely on two important shipments this past month. They held one for a month and a half and delivered it to me in shambles and with missing contents. The second package they said it was dropped around the corner from my door and I couldn't locate it. I called to have it located and I had to stay on top of them for over 24hrs to even start a claim and "expedite" the trace. The next day a man, I never met or seen came to my door with my package in shambles, in no uniform and said it was delivered to his home not in my neighborhood. Fedex then called me two days later to ask if I found my package yet, so I asked if they found it and he laughed. Continued to tell me this happens all the time, lost packages, wrong address and/or opened packages. Word for word, what he said. So, fed ex I was told by your own employees they do not care about their jobs and could absolutely care less about your continued business since they're are a big corporation.
