Woman was incredibly rude. We were trying to use the coupons we brought in from the paper and she was snotty and told us you needed an app. So we signed up and had questions as to how it worked and she kept saying all phones were different and she didn’t know and seemed irritated with me for even asking for her help.(Not everyone has a smart cellphone to use coupons that were advertised by the MAIL!)So if you as a company is going to require and app to be used make sure your employees can assist.Her attitude was gross.And I’ll be sure to go out of my way not to shop with family dollar again.

This is unintentionally my fault for this but I was going to family dollar to buy a Spotify gift card and a Poster from them. Unfortunately they didnt have the card and I returned the poster back to them and left the store. While I left the store, I was walking out the same time as an asian lady and the alarm went off. I knew that the lady didnt ring all of her stuff at the register and I made a mistake and rushed out before even stopping for one minute to ensure I didnt steal anything bc i forgot I had a backpack which only had stuff I already bought from a different establishment. I come back to the store to get the poster and the cashier tells me that I cant shop at the store anymore bc of what happened. Its crazy how that one thing that you didnt do and you know that you're telling the truth gets you banned from the location that you go to. I was mad but I understood their decision at the end of the day.

I’m so sorry I accidentally broke a candle and it smelt really good. it was marshmallow pumpkin and now someone will be left short of a really good candle. I’m willing to give someone the extra candle that I got after I broke one. I promise I can refund. I even told her to keep the change when I bought the second candle. Thank u so much for not being upset you were so sweet to the lady who rang me up. I hope u have a good day and I’m leaving this review hoping you get a raise.
