My wife had a horrible experience at another location which nearly kept us from Enterprise altogether. Luckily we came to this location and everyone there was amazing! Great experience and this is now the only location we will use.

Vehicle was mostly great. The windshield wipers evidently had 29k miles on them and were horrible at speed. I didn’t find this out until the second day. Just saying, it’s pretty bad when a cop pulls up next to you and slows to see what’s going on because you’re only going 47 mph in a 70. In all earnestness, I normally stay with the flow of traffic, but I couldn’t due to not being able to see thru the smears. It was a Sunday so I had no choice but to call Roadside Assistance. What a joke. I had to deal with a pronoun. The first question they are required to ask is if you are safe. Evidently when you say, no I’m not due to 29k mile wipers, I’m having to drive down the interstate at 47. Can I stop and replace the wipers and be reimbursed?? It couldn’t answer me until I followed its script and said I was safe. I refused to play him her game and it’s final advice before he hung up on me was for me to call 911. True story folks from 1/28/24. It was unable to answer a simple question. I’ll rent again from enterprise, but I will definitely check to make sure the wipers work before it starts to rain and during normal Business hours.

Tyler, is a true professional! He was knowledgeable, courteous, timely and helpful. Tyler deserves a raise and a promotion. He should be known as the Mayor of Enterprise, or at least the ambassador. “Tyler- The ambassador” you have to admit, has a nice ring to it.

Finally an attentive Team, with follow up and follow through. Offered to call my adjuster & found a car for me after an accident. Tyler was incredible. Great customer service team here.

The app when you setup to rent a car tells you how much it is going to cost but when you go to get the vehicle you will be informed when you go to check out that there is also a deposit that the app and the employees do not tell you till they are checking you out.

Worst experience of my Life!! Don't go to this location! I have been renting with this company for over 2 decades across the country and because of this location, I will never rent with Enterprise again. So many options out there that will treat you like a welcome customer. I have always been greeted with a smile but the disrespect and ignorance I was subject to at this location was so uncalled for it sickens me just to think about. Then to hear from corporate that they stand behind their companies choices just shows where their morales lie.

The manager Maria has had several complaints and reviews against her on google and I did not listen. Now I have had a horrible experience with Maria and I see why we were warned. She makes me never want to use Enterprise again and I have only used Enterprise for the last 20 years. Please remove this woman from the front of the store. If she decides she doesn't like you she will treat you like a criminal who has dared to bug her for a car.

Asked for proof of address so we agree to show our lease. We dont pay utilities and our lease shows that. The manager pregnant lady person said a lease is not good enough they need utilities. But we don't pay utilities, and our lease shows that. Then she says also car insurance for proof of address, but we have no car. So I say I can show my boat insurance, it is through Progressive who insures cars too. My address is on it and it is still a type of vehicle insurance showing where I live. She says no.So then she says she would not feel comfortable giving us a car. She said it is enterprise policy. I even told her the car is for my breast cancer appointments coming up and if she searches our history she can see we are good customers not thieves. She smirked at me and said there is nothing I can do. Discrimination at its finest. I have rented from enterprise every month this year with no issues. I called other enterprises while inside her location, they will take our lease with no problem. She lied to our face and refused us service. I emailed and have had no response from enterprise. We have contacted the Better Business Bureau.

The manager at 5329 Virginia Beach Blvd, Virginia Beach, VA 23462 Assistant branch manager Holley Moore was very challenging. First of all i genuinely feel she judged me on my appearance. She was very short and not accommodating. My son needed to rent a car and he didnt have enough money on his credit card for the hold required upon renting. I called directly to the store itself and spoke with a person who told me he could get the car using my credit card and he pay the rest using his debit card. Ms. Holley didnt even hear me out. She cut me off while talking and saying i must have talked to costumer service who is not located at that branch and that they gave me incorrect information. I was definitely frustrated because i would not have drove all the way there if i knew different. I decided to just put everything on my card and rent the car myself, but as soon as my son walked in the business this is when the profiling really began.. i will paint a picture for you, my son is a black male with long dread locs in his hair and he was a bit dirty because he had just gotten off work. So immediately Holley says, you can't just let him drive he has to be added as a driver which is an additional cost. Im like thats fine(as though it would change my mind because it was additional cost) She then asks to see his license and credit card. We both say what why do you need his credit card since im paying. The other white lady who i guess was a manger as well, jumped up out of her seat said its our policy. My son says i dont believe that, print out the policy that says that. She never did, but we both felt discriminated against based on our appearance. What she didnt know is that both myself and my son served in the United States Airforce, i am a retired law enforcement officer and really don't take kindly to being prejudged. My son still provided his drivers license and credit card to another person by the name of Tyler. He was actually awesome. Tyler has assisted me in the past when I actually needed a rental car. He is very professional and helpful. Had i dealt only with Tyler this rating would have been a five. Enterprise you must do better with who you hire or teach courses on cultural diversity where is when black patrons enter the business no matter how they look they are not immediately judged.

I had a rental due to an insurance repair and the employees were fantastic. Great communications and quite helpful. I find myself using them again and just had to add that Haley is the most patient, knowledgeable and helpful!!!! Thank you!
