On more than one occasion, they’ve gone above and beyond to make sure they gave me the best care. They’re communicative, handle things with a sense of urgency, they’re caring and navigate the car buying process with ease.

I really can not say enough wonderful things about Elite Motors in Virginia Beach. I went to trade in my 2020 4-runner for one car, but I left with one 2020 Range Rover and a Tesla for the same amount i was paying for my 4-runner! Chris is the one who helped me, and they offered me $2,000 more for my trade in than anyone else! Car shopping is never fun, but i can honestly say this was such a fun and exciting day for me! Thank you, Elite for making car shopping fun and taking care of your customers!

Long story short if you want people that know what they’re doing and care about the quality of service they provide do not go here. Absolute terrible customer service. Was interested in a vehicle that they had and i went in to discuss numbers and see the car. the left me unattended for over 45 minutes and went into a room to play on their phones. i’m not sure if they were waiting to hear from the bank or what but they never even showed me the car before discussing numbers. then the sales manager told me “go to carmax then” when questioning how he got his appraisal amount as i watched him the entire time and he did not even start my vehicle. idk sounds very much like a scam.
