“I wandered in while camping locally. I had issues with my new bass (bought elsewhere) and they were quick to offer assistance. I brought my bass in and they took a look at it, made a few key adjustments and it plays great! Without the possibility of an actual sale, they were determined to help me anyway they could. Customer service doesn't get any better than that...

“Apollo was SOOO incredibly helpful in resolving an urgent issue for my child traveling overseas. He was very knowledgeable and patient and problem-solved so effectively and with a such a calm, positive attitude! We were so relieved. Emily was also super helpful setting up our account and giving us her card in case we had issues. The phone tech support person, Mary, also went above and beyond, even calling me back to see if everything had been resolved before my child's plane left. “By far the best 711. No where near dirty! Bathrooms, soda machines and slurpee machines are always sanitized and clean of sticky mess. Most employees are the bomb except for the recent few who couldn't keep up with work flow and constant customers and ended up walking out. So unprofessional but glad to have the ones there still, now. Love this 711!”
“The men who helped my mom and I in the car bay area, on Sun 06/23/2024 @ 12:30pm are phenomenal. Such gentlemen and had great customer service. So professional and kind and patient. They installed a dash cam in my mom's red Nissan and answered every question we had. It was more than 1 gentleman who helped us. One wore glasses and has dark hair and the other was tall with tattoos and blonde hair. We really appreciate their help. It's so refreshing to get great customer service anywhere. 5 stars thanks to them.”

“Very pleasant visit with the "Geek Squad" gang of Ian and Logan on a Saturday evening. Even though young Logan is still in, what I'd call, Geek Squad training, he is no doubt a personable and capable wingman! Ian was very knowledgeable of products and quite personable, too! The first one that helped me, made me realize that my case was messing up my lens focus on my phone camera, and the second one who's new is Cameron went above and beyond to fix my phone from having these annoying pop ups! “One of my more favored 7-Eleven’s. The older gentleman that works there is great. He always greets customers and goes above and beyond for his customers. The younger gentleman, heavier set with tattoos, is a different story. He is rude and looks and acts like he hates his job. There are plenty of people looking for a job that I’m sure to have better customer service.”

“Loyola installed a new sound/visual recording system in Suffolk Christian Church several years ago. The system has now been upgraded to allow live streaming of our services. Each installation and training was handled professionally and as scheduled.
