This company by far is the worst! Worst customer service service. As a current client they tell you one thing and do another. Their follow up is terrible. Sales manager and sales rep basically tell you they will black list you and not return your calls. Will not escalate your information. Will ensure that you are stuck in another contract even if you don't want to be. If I could give them zero stars, I would. Avoid this company at all cost. Do not let them fool you.

I have worked for this organization for over 3 years and have been in sales for over 25 years and this is the best company I have ever worked for. ESI treats employees and customers like family and always goes the extra mile for customer service. All these bad reviews are by direct competitors in the area trying to bad mouth us and its pretty disturbing they would stoop to such a level, they know who they are. ESI works with over 80% of the education and healthcare customers in the state of Virginia for a reason.

This company has done some amazing things for its employees and created a family environment. I've even seen our company pay for funerals arrangements for employees - I've witnessed some very special things during my tenure. When you take care of the employees -the employees take care of the clients.

This company is awful to work with. I've tried working with them for years only to be repeatedly disappointed. We've easily paid over $200k in services/equipment only to be shorted. I had so many issues that I had a sit down with the President/CEO Anthony Lane. He even said what happened shouldn't have and would personally make sure it didn't happen again. He broke that promise within a week, and then was completely out of the picture. If you can't even rely on the CEO of the company, then you can't trust the company!

I have worked in IT for 22 years in this area. Over that time I have had to deal with ESI on numerous occasions. That are less than reputable and unless it involves them making a sale, they are not willing to follow through.

I wish I could give this company zero stars! Our company would buys blocks of hours. When there was an issue with an employee's computer and we called for service they would tell us the tech would call us with an ETA. I called Monday around noon and by Wednesday morning, when I still had not received a call from the tech, I called the office again. The girl casually said she would have the tech call me, to which I explained to her that I needed a call back immediately since I had been at a standstill at work for 3 days at this point. Thursday...still no call from the tech, so we decided to call another company. They were able to come that afternoon and had everything in working order within a couple hours. Now the last time an ESI tech came it was to just transfer files from an old all-in -one PC to a new PC and to check on a very slow computer. He told us we needed to purchase a memory chip for the slow computer and he would be back in a few days to install it once it came in but he was never able to figure out how to transfer the files on the other, which I thought was a little strange. He was at our office for 8 hours that day (eating through our paid hours, which they are famous for!) and all he really managed to do was mess up some files on our main server! I figured out how to transfer the files through a little research the following day. He never came back to install the memory chip after repeat calls. Every time we seem to have a tech from this company come out, they act like whatever the issue is it's the most uncommon thing they have ever been faced with . I think the real issue is they are incompetent. Do your research when choosing an IT company. And if you are paying an hourly rate, be cautious of companies like ESI purposely stretching the service call out. It's very easy when the customer doesn't know a lot about computers to be taken advantage of. When you make the calculations and you realize you just paid a ridiculous amount of money and nothing was accomplished it pushes you into looking elsewhere. In the end, I'm glad the tech waited so long to call. We planned on looking for a different IT company this winter when we slowed down a bit. The lack of contact and ridiculous lack off customer service just forced us to make the decision a little sooner!

Many problems with this Company and the reorganizing by the new VPs of Document Technology. (Copiers) Things have seemed to go downhill and all the men who use to work, have been fired and now have younger less knowledgeable crew. Businesses in other parts of the state hurting too, ready to move on.

This Company is firing experienced employees and attempting to hire inexperienced employees where they don't have to pay them as much. They pay badly and Managers are asking employees if they have friends they don't have to pay much. So Customers will be affected. Newer PTG Management is running amuck with the Service Dept. of this Company. They have fired so many that they have an ad out for new victims in all areas again now, to hire then fire. Bad experiences with this Company. Company follows employees with GPS on phones and calls them if they can't track every move. Employees have shared also unhappy when speak to.
