Went into this place looking for real vintage clothes and it's actually just a tacky costume store like "party city" or something. I was wearing a small purse which is only big enough to hold my phone wallet and keys and the woman at the counter immediately gets all aggro and nasty talking about how no "bags" are all allowed in the store. (This was my very first time going in there) which is all fine. But there is a way to talk to people, and that's not the way. People carry purses, there's no need to talk to people like criminals immediately. You can have your tacky halloween costumes...

Place was great selection of costumes, vintage, and masks. Customer service towards me felt indifferent and condescending compared to what other customers received. Recommended for the selection but not for the customer service I received.

Great selection of costumes & accessories. Great service. Options to rent or buy costumes. Very helpful in outfitting me in a Santa suit. Went above & beyond to steam the jacket & pants to remove wrinkles.
