The gym offers Intro Classes, Kids Classes, Advanced Classes, and a Fight Team Level, welcoming everyone from beginners with no experience to world-class fighters. The head coach and owner is an amazing and knowledgeable coach with an impressive portfolio and a passion for Muay Thai. The coach, along with the other instructors, are phenomenal, welcoming, very friendly, and really nice people. They provide detailed instruction through a combination of learning styles, offering accountability and structure to elevate training. The staff is mindful of partner pairing, ensuring everyone is taken care of in a supportive community with no big egos. Classes are challenging but really fun, featuring great pad work and drills. The gym is clean and spacious with a full-size boxing ring. It is a family-oriented gym with a wonderful community, making everyone feel very welcome and part of the family. Many military personnel, including Marines, Navy personnel, and veterans, train there. The price is very affordable for the amount and quality of training, making it well worth it. People travel from all over the state to train at this highly recommended gym.

I've been going to East Side Muay Thai for 4 months now. Excellent instruction and a professionally run gym. I am new to the United States and was made to feel very welcome. Give this place a go, it is well worth it. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

By FAR the BEST Muay Thai gym in Virginia! The staff is knowledgeable, welcoming, and very friendly. People travel from all over the state to train there! They teach everyone from little kids, to beginners, to world class fighters. Classes are challenging, but really fun, and I couldn’t recommend it enough!
