This place only a nightmare. We waited 3 months for a hot tub with no explanation only to find out that one of their delivery trucks had been stolen. We received little to no information about how to care for the hot tub except for what the sales guy literally scribbled in three steps on a brochure he had. All of our maintenance info we have had to source online through 3rd parties. Kids run this operation, the owner’s son could not care less about the customer experience - only justified the poor service of his employees, glorifying them as stars. Do not waste your time here - get your hot tub at Costco.

Hot tub cover cost less than the other places, came in earlier than forecasted, they called me right away, and Allison was super helpful in helping me wrestle it into my vehicle. Fits right, looks good.

Our installation couldn’t have gone better! Junior and James were very thoughtful with placement on our tub. They patiently explained all the features and maintenance procedures. One of the most pleasant installations we’ve ever experienced!!!

We purchased a semi above ground pool and Cooper at East coast was amazing with helping us with everything! The contractor they recommended for the pool Robert installation was amazing , super helpful and on top of everything! The electrician Steve ( they also recommended) was amazing and will definitely be our new electrician from now on! Everyone was extremely helpful, on time, keeping us posted with everything. My husband and I are very happy! And so re my kids! Highly recommend!

Request made online for repairs...like that capability, but there was no response. After first call, appointment made with a follow-up phone call for pictures. No response after that. After 2 phone calls, I went to Aegein Pools and they came within a week.

I purchased our pool from East Coast Leisure after randomly stopping in right before we had almost purchased elsewhere. Boy am I glad I did! Cooper was super helpful, answered all my questions and got me a great deal on our pool. He saved me a ton of money and really took the time to explain things to me. We also had an issue with the warehouse (not anyone’s fault!) and he got it all taken care of very quickly. I would highly recommend using them for all your pool needs!

East Coast Leisure installed my pool at our new house. The lack of follow through in getting the pool open was disappointing. Instead of East Coast testing the water/adding necessary chemical/adding salt, I had to do all that myself. Still having issues with air in our pool pump lines and waiting for a follow up call. Not sure I could recommend East Coast for the installation of a new pool.
