I regret to say that my experience at DTLR Virginia Beach was extremely disappointing. While the store boasts a decent selection of shoes and apparel, the customer service was abysmal, warranting a one-star rating.During my visit, there were at least 5-6 employees present, yet not a single one seemed interested in assisting customers. Instead, they appeared engrossed in their phones and visibly annoyed when approached with questions about merchandise.The lack of attention and professionalism exhibited by the staff was truly disheartening. I left the store feeling utterly disregarded and frustrated. Based on my encounter, I cannot in good conscience recommend this store to anyone.In light of this experience, I strongly urge the corporation to consider evaluating the management and staff at this location. There is a clear need for improvement in customer service standards. Until then, I will be taking my business elsewhere.

There customer service stinks. Came in to exchange shoes for a different size had two different shoes in my hand the female took one & quickly walked off the male worker standing there looking puzzled just like me. He called her then she says oh i don" need that shoe. Its too early to have attitude. Then they only give you one shoe to try on. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE.

Terrible experience. Employees yelling and cursing at each other, even when they went in the back customer could still hear them yelling. Asked about military discount but the male Employee didn't care to give to me even tho they have a sigh that said military discount.. worst store in the whole mall and the manager doesn't seem to have any care to take control of their store.

Went there to buy Jordans for my son. They only allowed to try one shoe at the time "per store policy" (at least this what 3 ladies there told me). How can I buy shoes like this? What the point to by retail? I only buy shoes retail and pay more that online because I can try them on. I was ready to buy these shoes. I feel that someone just had a bad day and decided to hurt their employer buy turning the customer away with some made up policy. Anyway, found them cheaper online

BUYER BEWARE!!! This establishmentLACKS INTEGRITY … if you want to make a return don’t use your bank card as a DEBIT or they will consider that a cash refund! NO CASH REFUNDS! They won’t credit your purchase back on your card but only offer you a store credit or gift card! I call BULLSH%T! They even prompt you to select debit at the time of purchase to ensure they don’t have to give you a refund!!

Me and my family went in to buy shoes they had 3 workers. So one worker goes and looks for shoes for my brother comes back and tells him she doesn't have his size ok cool. The same worker this short African American female that had a baseball cap on I think she was female sorry if not. But my sister ask for shoes she goes back look for the shoes and never comes back we look over after some time to her dancing behind the counter getting her lunch order with her other co workers what to go and ask her about the shoes and then she totally us oh we don't have them sooooo unprofessional .
