Please heed my warning. Working with this contractor has been the most stressful and frustrating. Simple things such as common courtesy went out the window. On numerous occasions I was told that workers would be coming to do work and never show. I asked on several occasions for a simple text letting me know they wouldn't be coming. But to no avail. The owner left everything to just one worker, who needed assistance, tools and basic materials that should be standard, but I had to supply. I also provided assistance. The owner also only showed up when I told him I would give him money. Could not pay in accordance to the contract because his only worker was threatening to quit due to non payment. Since this worker was the only one doing anything. I couldn't afford to loose him. The work was supposed to be completed by 04 May and they didn't even start until 05 May and I had to reschedule the realty photographer 4 times because the house was not done and ready. Was constantly told my work could be done in a few days, but took over 5 weeks and still things weren't completed. He charged me for things they said they would do and did not specify they would charge for it until I got the final bill. If I would have been told I would be charged, I would have done the work myself. Everything I paid them for, I could have done on my own and done faster and better quality. But I'm the customer and had to work harder than the contractor. Please be careful with this owner, he pulled a typical contractor trick by taking all my kitchen cabinet doors and drawer and told me they were being finished finding out til the end that they hadn't even been touched. Holding on to those items prevented me from firing them because it could have cost me a lot to replace them. I can go on and on, but I think you get the idea. Beware of this contractor.

We purchased our house roughly 2 months ago. Dr House apparently had done roof repairs and maintenance that was under warranty with the previous residents. We called in an attempt to resolve an issue that was annotated in the home inspection but, the representative wanted to argue and ensured their work was done properly. It wasn't. Representatives did not even offer to come to our residence to assess the situation. We are not SME's. This is why we call the experts! Just today we had pest control over for an assessment in the attic. The picture depicts the exact area of the roof where the Dr. House stated they did all repairs to contract specs. This damage did not occur from us residing in the home after 2 months. The pest control company lifted the shingles to find this and water damage and corrossion underneath and in our attack. We'll reaching out to our realtor for guidance on further action against Dr. House. Would not recommend unless a resolution was met or a different course of action.

Just completed a deck in our backyard and the team building it was fantastic. Had a few bumps with trouble locating materials, but they didn't give up and finally were able to locate what was needed. Great job!

We contracted with Dr. House Properties to repair a bathroom that had water damage. The drywall patch was not taped and mudded properly. When we went to prime the patch, the tape pulled away from the ceiling and corners. Also, the patch on the wall was not feathered in properly. The owner's attitude was unexpectedly belligerent and crass. I have the texts and pictures to prove it all. I do not recommend this contractor.

INTEGRITY. SKILL. PERSONABILITY. - Pat, The Dougs, and their crew are second to none when it comes to having a project done expertly and on schedule. Their business model capitalizes on each member's unique skillset, and proper communication between them and the homeowners. Communication was clear, concise, and direct, which we greatly appreciated. With our specific project, they were forced to pick up the pieces of a project gone awry by another contractor. They didn't miss a beat, adapting to what we had, and what their vision of the perfect project was. They very quickly took action to fix what was broken, and work to meet our original project timelines. We are so incredibly grateful for how they managed our project as well as our expectations. The work completed was ahead of schedule and far surpassed our expectations for quality and workmanship. Their organizational skills and punctuality saved our project. Thank you Pat and Dougs!
