Public Service Announcement. This Dollar Tree over the last several months has went downhill in every area.I love Dollar Tree but this past Friday was the worst experience I have had anywhere.The sales associate would not come to the register and a gentleman needed help. My foot is broken so I was in a walking boot.Long story but when we asked the Manager told me I was welcome to apply for a position as someone had just quit. I can see why.We weren’t complaining just observing the register that had an actually real person working should not have the green light on since the person assigned to it would not stop stocking to help.I’m leaving out a lot of details but the manager was so rude and this was witnessed by customers. ?♀️Best to avoid this one.

Those ladies in that store work there butts off to try and keep the shelves stocked and straighten out. But it's hard to do when people let their kids run around pulling everything off the shelves and the adult is supposed to be maintaining them and they don't do so. But then other people complain about the mess they are there to keep the shelves stocked and orderly but not there to be anyone's free babysitter while they on the phone watching your children tear the whole store up and then walk out.knowing what in the hell they did SMH.Get it together

Staff was friendly both times we visited while on vacation. I wish I got the name of the one girl who called me and my gf "honey". She was super sweet. Thank you!

Meh. Theres always an issue at this location. Like I get it, it's the dollar store shouldn't be that much for the customer to come in, get our stuff and go, but the employees LACK cust serv. skills. And when you finally get a good one, you never see them again. Also, stock is often low at this particular location. I only go here often bc its near my job.

Absolutely rude cashier and terrible customer service. Will not return to this store.The store at Lynnhaven Mall area has very friendly employees & customer service and their shelves are stocked.

I felt bad for the only store employee I saw working at the register. She was very nice and checked us out quickly. The aisles looked like a bomb had gone off. There were U-boats filled with boxes of merchandise up and down the aisles waiting to be unpacked. Everything was a mess. The air conditioner was not working and the one industrial fan that was on at the front of the store wasn't making much of a difference. The store needs to close until it's straightened up and in working order.

Dollar and a quarter store. :). Store is what is promises low price on many items. Must have been a busy day, long check out lines and shelves had been destroyed

Got everything needed for my kids class for valentines day. Prices are very affordable for the things they have. They even have some name brand options too. Love going here for small household items and gifts! My kids were able to make their friends cards and be creative!
