This store desperately needs to hire some people to stock shelves. It's poorly stocked, disheveled and understaffed. This location isn't a favorite despite being rather close to Lynnhaven Mall.

Lady was on her break and kept her cash register light on and kept telling ppl her register was closed but kept her light on. 75 people were in one line and the register we were in line for didn't have its light on.

My shopping experience is always great at the Magic Hollow Dollar Tree location! The other day I went to buy air freshener and ended up buying even more fun stuff than I originally planned, like when you go in planning to buy one thing and leave with armfuls of bags instead! Lol it was one of those times. Anyway, the cashier Josh was awesome as always! He was super friendly and professional ringing up my many purchases, but most of all he was patient with how much I bought and he rang up all of my items quickly and efficiently. Even with a line of customers starting to form behind me because I bought so much stuff, he still had a positive attitude and a smile on his face. That's some high quality service with not only keeping your cool under pressure, but also treating your customers with quality service making them feel valued as a customer rather than just another transaction. Josh made my shopping experience awesome and definitely deserves all the praise and recognition for his exemplary customer service!! Thank you for being so awesome Josh! Oh, also the store was very clean and well stocked too!

I pulled up at 9:20pm on a Wednesday and store operating hours says closes at 10 PM and they were already closed .. waste of gas

Still a lot of fantastic deals but there were a lot of empty areas of the shelves (including a couple of items I went there for) and the cashier was more interested in his phone than starting to ring me up.

Store seems very clean and pretty well-stocked sometimes the employees don't seem as friendly. The last time I was there I had recently had a back surgery I checked out and I had a couple of items but I didn't require a bag but I stopped by the carts to readjust how I was holding my stuff and I picked up one of the magazines by the candy machine or the cashier immediately assumes that I was about to steal it and that made me a little upset. And other than that I do notice that that location does it seem to have is quite as many options of things not as other Dollar Trees in our area.... I just wish that employee had payed a little more attention because she really embarrassed me and I left quite upset

Always clean and very friendly staff
