Extraordinary customer service! From the formal wear department to the shoe department associate OFFERED genuine, honest, informative, personalized feedback which helped me put together a beautiful ensemble to wear for a wedding. I am so HAPPY they added their opinion, as I was able to make a hard decision about some expensive pieces. I can’t remember these lovely ladies’ names, but they made my 4th of July shopping experience an absolute pleasure and success!!!

Manager Teresa and Dannielle are absolutely the worst customer service managers Dillards can have. Teresa, didn’t show her face. Dannielle look me in my face and lied. I call Dillards Customer Service and was told yes to what I was asking them. I had my purchase receipt. Dillards system would not return my money back onto my Apple Cash. But I paid from my Apple Cash. They tried giving me a gift card. NO Dillards took my cash I want it back in cash (on my debit). I know they can put it on a gift card and flip it back to a bank card. I asked Dannielle, said NO they couldn’t do it. LIE! I went to Greenbrier Dillards I didn’t even ask the lady in Customer Service ask me if I wanted like that before I asked. I hate when a person doesn’t want to do something because of your skin color and it plan as day that’s what it is.

The Kiehl’s counter at Dillard’s Lynhaven mall is outstanding. Kristine French is a wealth of knowledge and her recommendations save me money, keep my skin fresh and glowing. Always a treat to shop there. Love that it’s next to the children’s department. All in one shopping.

IT IS A pleasure to go to brick and mortar store. When you are looking for clothes, especially when the people are as helpful and knowledgeable as the one that helped me. It is great to scan around the store and be able to find the department you need and be led right to what you're looking for. So many choices right there in front you. It beats getting missed directed all over the internet trying to sell you something you don't need or want. You try it on ,you buy it ,you're done. It's great. Nice store, good inventory of Clothes in all price levels. Good service

Today I visited Dillard's because I have always had good experiences there and I was hopeful to experiences that again, which I did with Kristina French in the beauty department. I approached her in hopes in finding a gift for my mom and not only did she lead me in the right direction for something special for my mom but the experiences turned into self love for myself. I enjoyed my facial. I enjoyed the product I received by Kiehl's and I appreciate Kristina for going above and beyond in her services. Her customers services is the reach for the 5 star ratings!
