Went twice to buy a pair of Nikes. The first time they gave me the wrong size for me; asked for a size 5 1/2 and gave me a 6 1/2 and the 2nd time, they gave me the wrong size for my hubby, a size 9 & a size 10 in the same box. Need to be more careful. Now we gotta go again!!!

Just had the most pleasant, quick and kind customer service experience with Jordan. We had an online order come in wrong and he was so apologetic, helpful and generous with the return process. What a great visit! Thank you, Jordan!

Online it says the Stanley cups are in stock but they had none on the shelf’s and I noticed there was about 5 at one register and 1 at another, I asked an associate if they were on hold and she said to ask them at the register. When I get to the register an employee tells me they are all on hold for himself. How is that fair that I can’t purchase something that’s not on hold and not already purchased just for an employee who could’ve set them to where customers wouldn’t think they are for sale. That is misleading because they are still in stock because he hasn’t bought them yet just plans to but I can’t buy one.

I was there yesterday and I forgot my card. When the sales rep tried to to use my ID to look up my account but it was not working Jesse was super helpful in getting the issue resolved. I appreciate him and his staff. Honorable mention to Eric in the fishing department.

This is not a sporting store no hunting no hunting or fishing lic. They sell what they want not want customers needs been to 2 so called dicks sporting good could not get any type of fishing or hunting lic they have nothing for hunting hereto not waste your time with this fake sporting store.

The man manager lacks customer service skills. He and one of the employees literally stared at my son and I as we were walking in the door and didn't utter a good morning, welcome in or anything and when my son attempted to get the manager attention as he was semi walking in our direction for assistance he ignored him and my son is tall with a deep voice. My son literally had to walk all the way to the other associate that starred us down for assistance with a dressing room. It took 20 minutes for two younger associates to acknowledge my son and I. I know see why people avoid shopping in stores.

The store is poorly organized from a clothing perspective.Fishing section was a disaster with tons of items all over the floor and lots of out of stock products.Shopping here conveyed poor management and retail practices with many areas of the store looking disheveled.Corporate would be well served to replace management and get this location back to where it used to be.
