I was looking to reset my 36 yr old engagement ring and I was welcomed by Kim Kellam. She was amazing in guiding me to get exactly the vision in my head. I am overwhelmingly happy with the end result. Kim gave me great confidence in my decisions and her experience really showed. I will definitely shop with her again and recommend her to my friends and family. She also helped me with a very special charm for my first grandchild to add to my necklace from my husbands grandmother. I travel about an hour to get to this store but it is worth it for the outstanding customer service that I received from Kim. Thank you Kim for being great at your job and caring about others!

Lonnie Phillips was incredible in helping my Fiance and I find rings we loved. He was informative and patient. The only "issue" we have is that my fiance's ring scratches up super quickly and that is disappointing. We will always be going to Diamonds Direct.

Amazing experience! Mike (the manager) and his customer care team helped me sort out a very upsetting situation when another chain jeweler I purchased a ring from did TERRIBLE repairs. Mike and Zoey helped facilitate the shipping and repair of my beautiful Tacori ring. They went above and beyond after I had been put through months of attempted repairs and thought my ring would never be fixed correctly. We will be customers of Diamonds Direct from now on and recommend this store to our friends! Thank you again!!!

Stephanie is the best. We came back to get my fiancé’s wedding band and mine because she was so helpful in helping me find the perfect engagement ring. She’s extremely down to earth, very knowledgeable and loves what she does. I felt very comfortable with her. I will definitely be back! Highly recommend that you ask for Stephanie!
