Agreed there were six people behind the counter one person at the desk she was obviously having difficulties with the guy at the desk because he was trying to be hard to get along with and the other five was just standing there just looking at medication they could’ve very easily came over. There was a line of Four People, it’s ridiculous RIDDIculous

This CVS pharmacy is amazing! I have had major issues getting my monthly prescription filled at both the Rosemont and Pembroke (Target) CVS locations. (Supply issues, prior authorizations, etc.) This is the ONLY location where if there's a problem, they help me find a solution- no matter whose "fault."It's apparent their lead pharmacist is kind, customer service oriented, and prioritizes that culture amongst his staff. Being greeted with a smile in person or even a non- annoyed voice on the phone is so rare these days- I can't even put in to words what a difference they've made on the "tough" days of just trying to get my medication.While a staff member at the CVS in Target Pembroke interrupted me and said, "BIRTH DATE," here they waited for me to finish speaking and asked, "What is your birth date?" Sounds small to some, being treated with common courtesy (especially when trying to get a prescription you require daily) but it makes a world of difference.Thank you so much for finally giving me a good CVS experience, Princess Anne Staff- I truly appreciate you all.

I love this place. Everybody is professional. They served me as fast as they could. They always SMILE. Not like other pharmacies who are rude to customers. I highly recommed this place. CVS- 4500 Princess Ann VA.Come and try them. you will not regret. ?❤️?

Horrible service. They lose refills, the falsely claim not to have recieved prescriptions orders, double charge co-pays, combative, the pharmist is not available to answer questions (ie drug interactions), rude...the list goes on. I have tired to refill prescriptions there for the last three months, I have had problems every single time. I am done. I rather pay out of network at any other pharmacy then deal with the poor customer service.

They really know how to make you feel unwelcome here and that your bothering them whenever you have questions :( it's the convenience for me that keeps me hereHowever next dr appointment I will request another pharmacy... unfortunately

Horrible service. Always a super long wait when picking up prescriptions. I have 2 insurances and never have copays for certain medications that I refill regularly. When asked why all of a sudden I had a copay the staff seemed annoyed. I was asked to get out of line and waited for almost 30 minutes. I could here the girl saying she can’t figure out both and after they told me it was fixed I had go get back in line and wait again…just to get to the counter and have the same issue. I ended up just paying because I didn’t feel well and was exhausted. Horrible service and extremely long wait every time I pick up. Ended up transferring to another CVS nearby.

The people here are rude. The person at the register will look at you but then ignore you. Everyone else in the pharmacy will not look up. They're VERY slow to filling prescriptions. They do not answer the phone. Horrible customer service. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

i am not a fan of this pharmacy because some of the staff are very rude! jessica was superb and very nice, at the drive through window. kudos to jessica, catherine, sherry, ash, peggy, and mike! they need more of a variety of products and more vitamins! shelves appear to be a bit sparse, esp. in the wellness sections of the store!

I went to pick up my prescriptions and the girl at the window said they were processing. That it would be an hour. So I went to the grocery store, had lunch in my car and returned in the hour.because it's to far to go home then come back. Well the gril at the counter told oh they are processing and it will be an hour. I said I was told the same thing an hour ago. She was rude and so was I. CVS is a horrible place. I am forced to get my prescriptions filled due to insurance only allows CVS. I have had many issues with this particular CVS.

This pharmacy use to be wonderful. NOW...It is horrible. Staff are all rude and disrespectful. They all need to be retrained. I'll be looking to change to Walgreens.
