CVS Team of Pam & Anita were exceptional.
The PASSPORT screen they had to work with was poor, but they gave the time, effort and professionalism to work around the faulty CVS equipment - kept adding a shadow to my picture due to curvature of the backdrop screen.
I am hoping Anita & Pam will always be on the shift whenever I return. "Team Anita Pam" not only professionally assisted me they both added smiles to my day - they gave me "More Smiles Than I Came In With!"

I was really impressed by the cashier today on the shop side. He was kind and professional but what impressed me most, is that he knew exactly what I needed to do on the screen and directed me in what to do next as I stood there. “You’re going to want to push this button” “Now it’s asking you if you’d like ___.” I had two separate orders and on the second order, he asked me if I’d like to use the coupon I had just received from my first order that I had shoved into my bag. I never would have thought to do that and I promise you I’ve done multiple orders at CVS before and the cashier never asked me that. It was so helpful and saved me money. His name was Mike. I wonder if he is the owner of that CVS. He just didn’t seem like your average employee. If he’s not the owner, he deserves a raise!

IT IS SUPPOSED TO OPEN AT 7am! It is 7:16 and the doors are locked standing out in the cold smh. I would understand if it was a couple of minutes but 16 is just downright disrespectful ??♀️

This pharmacy is not close to my house, but I go to this pharmacy because of the incredible customer service I have received lately! I just went through the drive-through at rush-hour with three cars in front of me and it took less than five minutes. I am just so impressed. I also called earlier and was barely on hold. You guys are doing something right for sure!

Two things wrong with this location; 1: Was supposed to open at 7am... I arrived at 8 am, door wide open. Went in, not a soul to be found. Called out for assistance, no answer. Even went to the storage room and shouted out for help, and no one. I thought something bad had happened to the associates, so I called the police to come check it out. The employees, leaving to store wide open, hiding out in the back office. They had the nerve to be mad at ME for calling the police... 2: They sell products that, when they pitch it to you, 'oh they have a coupon for this item... when I go to buy another one and use the coupon that was included in the item's package, I was told the coupon was expired. WTF would you sell an item with the pitch that it has a coupon... THAT IS EXPIRED? The associates don't know anything about the products they sell. I was a life long customer of CVS... not any longer. Not with level of 'service...' if you can call it that.

I don't wanna hear you're understaffed. I always hear that what I want to hear is you know how to do your job? Regardless of being understaffed, you should be able to pick up the phone and go Please hold. it is not that hard.

I have tried to set an appointment for the clinic twice and been cancelled on both times even though I AM HERE. Eff this location seriously it’s ridiculous.

In Va Beach on vacation and lost my prescription eyeglasses, contacts, and eyedrops. The CVS pharmacist was extremely helpful and prompt assisting me in transferring my eyedrops and applying discounts to both of them. Thank you CVS!! Because of you, our vacation was not ruined!!

Me: Why is my prescription on hold?Pharm tech: We need to clarify the instructions with your doctor. Does it say take 1/4 a tablet daily for two weeks?Me: yes, precisely.Pharm: ok, we just have to make sure that's what it says because we don't know.Me: you just read it....Pharm: ??♂️?

Worst experience with a pharmacy I've ever had. Went in at opening today, spoken to rudely by the tech and pharmacist. Tech told me they didn't have my prescription. I had to ask him to double check. Pharmacist then told me it was at the other location down the street. So, I drove there and they were closed. New staff needed.

I was given the wrong prescription totally not opened at all completely sealed bag still stapled.The dosage was changed by my doctor. I didn't notice until it left the the pharmacy. They wouldn't accept it back or give me a refund. Make sure you triple check if there is a dosage change obviouslythey arent taking any accountability. What a rip off!!! Furthermore if I'd taken the wrong dosage and had a medical emergency they'd be liable.

So even though it says that online you can request a covid test, reserve a time, and get a confirmation email it’s a lie! I got told that there are no covid test in the building because there is no one that can run them??? The manager has yet to take the appointments off the website!!! How come no one told me till I was there for my appointment they didn’t do COVID tests? No call no nothing. They told me to cancel my appointment and go somewhere else. Extremely inconvenient!!
