I've never had a problem with getting my Medications from this location. Whoever is dumping on them is an idiot, and is just spouting trash talk.

This pharmacy lacks all customer service skills. After waiting in line for 30 min to pick up my prescription, I had a question about my sons, I was told by the pharmacy tech he couldn’t help me, that I would have to go wait in another line to have someone else help me. This is just one example. The pharmacist is cold, lacks any empathy and just rude. I had to raise my voice for someone to take me serious. THANK GOD FOR JEREMY! Idk what his position is in the pharmacy but he needs a raise and maybe a position within the company that teaches the company how to serve their community and patients better. He has calmed me down twice, he has fixed any problem that I’ve had with CVS even with me shaking and extremely upset. I ABSOLUTELY HATE THAT CVS BOUGHT RITE AID, they are understaffed, under trained, under qualified and just terrible! I’d avoid this pharmacy at all cost. The CVS down the street isn’t much better but at least you don’t get treated like an order.

Thos location and the pharmacist that is a. Older person with a very heavy accent is so rude unprofessional and can't ever address anything!!! They don't care about the customers what so ever!!! The only reason I came back to this location is because of Jeremy!!! He truly cares about all the customers!!! I been calling since Thursday last week I can't walk in the store because I have just gotten out of the hospital!!! I was supposed to get 2 boxes of plants and they only gave me one box now I am out of lantis and can die but they can't answer the phone calls so that I can get my medication and
I asked him. Him for his name and refused to give it to me !! What kind of games is he playing with people's health...they are so discussing o have to call the store manager to help me get my medication because this crazy person won't call people back this location is not worth the time to go to if you need your medication.. don't waste your time ...they will never call you back you have to call the store to be addressed...

Every time I leave CVS I feel like I went to Vegas and hit the jackpot! The extra care rewards program is phenomenal! I save sooooo much money for my family and have told so many friends about it!! Awesome program!

Went in to get a picture printed which was super easy and fast. But the company was unexpected Brittany was absolutely amazing and so was her coworker. Sorry I didn’t get her name. As someone who works retail it’s so important to me to be treated with kindness going into places. Never thought I’d ever even have a nice time in a CVS. Thanks Ladies for treating me like a friend!

I had a prescription filled by the pharmacy and when I got home half of the bottle was spilled in the bag because the lid was not properly put on. I called and they said to bring it back and they would fix it. I brought back the original bag that had the spilled medicine in it and they said "oh I see, we will fix it". I get home and all they did was put a stopper in the bottle. They never filled the bottle back up from the spilled prescription that they saw with their own eyes in the bag. I now have half as much prescription than was prescribed and will not get the full dosage. I'm not going back a third time and will be changing pharmacies. (it's a cough medicine so it's not like an opioid and someone is trying to get free drugs)

I would give this location 0 stars, they won't handle a simple refund. And I worked hard for that money, and to be honest, I'm pissed, this location needs to be shut down.
