Waited 30 mins to pick up a prescription at the drive thru smh. No one even came to the window to say “hold on, we will be with you shortly” nothing. Short staffed, understaff doesn’t matter, that shouldn’t affect the quality of your customer service. Absolutely horrible ?

Literal garbage. Called to transfer my prescriptions, they took my information…said nothing for 10 minutes…then hung up on me, then wouldn’t answer when I called back. This location is a waste of space on this earth.

The worst. Absolutely.Terrible service. They never answer the phone. Never. You might as well give up, they are not going to answer, whether it's you or your doctor. You might as well drive over and be ignored in person, whether you are in the drive in or standing at the counter. Your invisibility is guaranteed. When they deign to acknowledge your presence, they will still barely give you the time of day, and never meet their commitments to provide customer service, or even prescriptions when they say they will. It's been this way for YEARS. YEARS. People have actually been murdered in this store. Why are they still in business?Be smart, take your business elsewhere. You'll be glad you did.

I moved to this area 6 months ago. I have had nothing but problems with the pharmacy staff they are extremely rude and so unprofessional. I am switching pharmacies and I will never return here. They really suck so bad!

This has to be the worst pharmacy I've ever had to use. I've spent hours on hold trying to get presentations sent to me. I was never answered during this time, so I went into the pharmacy and had to wait in line for 25 minutes. They needed to transfer a couple prescriptions from another CVS out of state, they said it would take 30 minutes or so to do that. I asked them to just send all of my current filled prescriptions to me I didn't want to wait they assured me they would do that. That never happened... I again called them and set on hold and was disconnected so I called again and the same thing happened, I wasted 22 minutes of my time doing this today. This isn't the first time that I've encountered this with them. They are just a terrible place to deal with.

We had a incident at another CVS that RUINED my graduation poster and this was the only CVS that fixed my poster free of charge! Shoutout to Tamela and Suscha for being so awesome!!

Agree with the other reviewers - pharmacy staff do not answer the phones and are not helpful

This pharmacy is so slow that I have waited for 30 minutes in a line of 4 for meds. Transferring prescriptions to somewhere else.

Greetings Yelp fam, this CVS tonight made my blood boil. So a homegirl and I walked in ok shopping for face products and the two young ladies instead of them speaking and being courteous they decided to come in every Aisle we were in, since I like to fight i decided to walk outside and let my friend purchase her belongings because one thing about It getting profiled by another person of color is a sell out move and further more these ignorant little girls could see my hands the entire time, so yea I will not be going back to this location anytime soon, they always advocate us to use the self checkout when they aren't doing anything, no work at all, "USE SELF CHECKOUT" they need to learn some customer service and not to follow people around a store when especially the customer is visibly not doing anything wrong. I'm disgusted truly, and It needs not to happen again ANYWHERE.

pharmacy refused to give me the needles required for an injectable medication i have been prescribed for 7 years. I'm a military member and tricare clinics nearby have been out of needles for a month and a half and the pharmacy refused to even call to verify my prescription. The head pharmacist asked to see my vial and I showed him, and he accused me of lying because my name wasn't on a tiny vial of estrogen from when I had my ovaries removed nearly a decade ago.Head pharmacist yelled at me in front of everyone in line that I was never going to get syringes there that way again unless tricare gave me a label on my bottles as well as the boxes. He made me feel like a druggie in from of the general populace when I'm just trying to stop being menopausal at age 36.Pharmacist taking "Care" of me (Patricia) tried to just get me to leave.never go to a CVS for your medication. They'll shame you just for your circumstance.

This place sucks. You have 4 techs behind the counter but you've shut down both drive thru lanes for covid testing. Garbage service. Rude employees. Scripts are never ready when they say they are. CVS pharmacy should just give the hell up.

One rude pharmacist does not constitute justification for one star rating, but one rude and several uncaring/incompetent pharmacy workers does …

I pay out-of-pocket for one of my prescriptions, yesterday. I was picking up a total of 2, originally pharmacist had me pay out of pocket for a prescription that ** is covered by my insurance \\u0026 is normally free. They refunded me after running my insurance and The pharmacist refused to give me my other prescription because that’s the one I self pay for, I was paying out of pocket I’ve never had this happen. I’m appalled. Cvs has continued to go downhill. The supervisor I dealt with yesterday was so rude. Her name was Virginia. I have never had a pharmacist withhold medication just because my insurance doesn’t cover it, I always pay out-of-pocket in the years. I’ve been doing this I have never had an issue except for yesterday. I am so frustrated with the experiences. I’ve had recently at CVS yesterday really topped it off and I will be switching to a different pharmacy. This was so unprofessional and rude and again never has this happened ever, Virginia was being quite rude to her staff as well. This was my first time dealing with Virginia and hopefully my last. I still have to go back today and attempt to retrieve my medication that I was prescribed by my doctor that I have been seeing for over two years now I just moved out of city this Cvs is in Virginia Beach. This is extremely inconvenient as I can’t transfer the prescription to a different CVS right now since it’s been FILLED but WITHHELD. If my insurance doesn’t cover it, you don’t withhold it. What about those people who have absolutely no insurance? You refuse to give them anything they’re prescribed? This place is a joke after yesterday worst experience ever \\u0026 it’s uncalled for, this has never been an issue before. You can’t pick and chose which prescription I’m allowed to pay out of pocket for, I'm seriously disappointed in the lack of customer care/service I received.
