  Dropped in and had a great experience. Kat was very welcoming and a great coach. Very well laid out box with all of the equipment you need. Friendly and supportive atmosphere.

  CrossFit Oceana is outstanding! I dropped in for two weeks and had a wonderful experience. The gym is clean and well equipped and the coaches are welcoming. Tina, Kat, and Sarah have built a great gym and I look forward to dropping in, in the future.
