great location in the beach area, nice beach/ocean view from the room. breakfast is ok to me, but closes at 9am, which is too early to me, 9:30 would be better.

Excellent location, view of beach from bed. Check-in and out was easy. Rooms are obviously older but they are comfortable and clean enough. Sound travels easily so your experience will vary based on neighbors. We were lucky and enjoyed a quiet night.

The lady that checked us in was very rude and lacked hospitality. Parking was not easy for a big truck and I wish it was clear on the web about this. The tub and shower needs work. Lots of mold in the grout. Bed was very comfortable and room was clean. Breakfast was great.
