Came in to shop. Asked if there was a bathroom and this girl lied and said there wasn’t one even though I’ve used the bathroom there before so I knew it was a dirty lie. On my way! To 17th street now.

I wish there was a wider selection of skate shoes and not just Vans. Their text promotions bring me in the door every time. The promotions are never enticing enough to buy something though. Location is great if you want to avoid the ocean front.
The staff is friendly, but can dial it back a little.

Tee shirt I purchased 6/9/23 and worn once. Hole in underarm may have been there when I bought the shirt, or it was bad quality and wore a hole after one day. Tried to return 6/11/23 and was told since the tags were removed they would not refund or exchange. I guess they get enough business they do not need mine anymore.

So apparently it’s against their policy to allow a coupon and a gift card to be used at the same time……BUYER BEWARE when purchasing gift cards!!!! Apparently the dollars spent to get a gift card are not as valuable as the ones used to make an outright purchase. Interestingly, this is not disclosed when purchasing a gift card and it is not on the lengthy policy notice at the register. I was then told that exceptions can be made for the policy…..so it’s not even really a policy?! At this point, I will take my dollars elsewhere until this “policy” is changed. I’m sure others will be more than happy to allow my daughter to spend her gift cards along with coupons (as I shop A LOT and and NEVER heard a policy like this ANYWHERE). Deuces, CE ✌️
