Horrible management.

I cannot express how much I love this daycare facility, and the Management staff! My oldest daughter has been attending this facility for four years now, and my youngest daughter just started a little over a year ago. They are so amazing with both of my children and go out of their way to make accommodations when needed. They did go through a staffing change a little over a year ago, as well. So some of the past comments that are more negative are speaking about the prior staffing. Every chance I get, I highly recommend this facility to other parents or expecting parents.

I have a baby at Childtime on London Bridge. Here is my story. Please take a moment to read.Having to go back to work after having my baby had been so stressful for me. Finding the right childcare for my baby was a nightmare. The home daycare I was relying on fell through last minute, so I checked out Childtime on London Bridge because it’s near my home and my work, but I was scared of the reviews. Seeing it was under new management, however, gave me hope. So I gave them a chance.I am SO glad I did. I met with them a few times, toured the facility, talked to staff and even did the trial run for an hour. My baby has been going there regularly now and I am SO pleased!! Ms Martina and Ms Nyree are so caring and have taken the time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I can check in on the camera at any time during the day. There are constant updates on the app when she naps, her diaper is changed, and she eats, as well as how much she eats. They do developmental activities, so she’s not just sitting around, she’s learning! I haven’t had any issues with her not being changed or her being overly tired or underfed. If you are hesitant because of the reviews, please keep in mind that was prior to the new management. These childcare providers are working hard every day to provide safe and fun childcare and I am grateful for them!

The entire staff are great with both my kids. Ms Diamond, Ms Mo, Ms Ro, Ms Pat, Ms Erica they have all had their hands in with being so helpful with my kiddos teaching them and being so patient with them. I have had nothing but good things to say about the management team. Ms Nyree and Ms Martina have both been very understanding and very helpful with my children and always keep us informed of changes. I can’t say enough how much I love this place and the staff.

5 STARS for Ms. Nyree having to take over running a center with lots of shortcomings and dealing with inherited issues from prior management. She was so very kind and decent and I so appreciated my interaction with her.2 stars for Childtime being out of touch with their enrollments, having poor communication and not honoring their commitments. Just as another reviewer here encountered, we spoke with the prior director back in May 2023 and paid for a slot to be held for our toddler for August 2023. Had letters confirming the rate and slot etc., but lo and behold, there was a breakdown somewhere with communication in their franchise during their change of leadership and no one had any knowledge of our enrollment. To Ms. Nyree’s credit (the only reason I gave them 2 stars and not 1), she did her best to remedy the situation, but simply wasn’t permitted to enroll us at this point in their dealings with state oversight. However, Ms. Nyree did promptly refund us and forward my experience onward and I appreciate that. I hope that with the changes in management, accountability and childcare practices overseen by the state that their center is able to thrive and serve their families appropriately. We just won’t be one of those families and that’s fine. Good luck Ms. Nyree!

Very unprofessional staff and owner. They had an ubrupt closure after Memorial Day that was state mandated to clean up the center and as well to provide staff training so they could keep their license. Please look at the reports on the dss website before making the desperate choice of enrolling your child in this center. They are money hungry and do not care about the families nor the children. Very upset they have the audacity to try to charge tuition for the time the center was closed and I had to pay for care elsewhere. Check your children before and after each day and make sure they are changing your little ones regularly because they will charge you 13 a week for diapers and change your child only four times within that week. Upset mama put in a pickle.

This place is awful. DO NOT rely on them for childcare as they won't hold your spot and will not inform you.We went for a tour in January 2023 (which went great) and paid our enrollment fee on February 5th, with a start date of the end of August. We were very excited to start. I have email confirmation from Erika Chavis (the director at the time) on February 6th confirming that our spot was held and that we should contact them once he's born to finish the paperwork. We contacted them after our son was born to see what other paperwork needed filled out and we were told that they can no longer accept our son (or any other new enrollments for 6 months). They gave us NO notice and now we are scrambling to find a daycare. We have called multiple daycares and no one has any availability until 2024. This is simply unacceptable. I have written confirmation of our spot being held (in email) and have contacted the main office who put in a case about it and told me I would receive a call back from the district manager in 1-2 days.I will be researching legal recourse as we planned well in advance and were promised our spot (and paid to have it held!), only to be told (last minute) that the spot wasn't available. Additionally, we were only told because WE called. Childtime should have notified us the minute anything changed. This is unacceptable, and multiple other daycares we called and explained the issue to have said the same.If the district manager is unable to resolve the issue, I will be forced to escalate.

So apparently, Childtime has an employee that works there and blatantly tries to steal and lie about delivery drivers (Doordash) not delivering their order. Ms Brittney (sorry, cant remember the exact spelling of her name), was waiting outside the entrance as I pulled up and I handed her her order. I later find out I received a contract violatio ...Low and behold, Ms Brittney, you were my one and only "hand order to customer" order all day...So it was easy to remember your name and dropoff location. You like trying to get people fired and lose sources of income? Yea well, I can play that game too. Ill be contacting your supervisor and BBB. Thieves and liars have no place working at a daycare.

Kids getting bitten with no reports from teacher, kids leaving classroom without teacher noticing, when you bring up how your child is getting bitten numerous times without teachers knowing by the same kid their response is “well kids bite”, no structured activities & kids rough play all day, “teachers” are rude

My daughter has been here for a little over a year and I love this school so much. The teachers keep in good contact with parents and the constant in class instructions homeworl had been great a making sure my little one is ready for kindergarten.

I went into the site to take a tour and was considering taking my daughter here. The virtual stuff was not working and I’m thankful for that. I may not have caught this issue if I wasn’t in person. To begin with the directors office was a mess. Papers and clutter everywhere. While she was giving me the information about their curriculum I could hear a teacher screaming from down the hall for a child to “Stop Talking”. Not just once multiple times. This was also in the middle of their nap time. When I asked the director if it was normal, she seemed completely unbothered by this behavior, she said it wasn't normal but they have some difficult children in that class today. She made no attempt to check in the room or try to assist which tells me that this actually was VERY common for the center. She didn’t even seemed to be surprised it was happening. I stopped the meeting right then and left. This was a giant red flag for many reasons. Thank goodness the virtual meeting didn’t work because I might have chosen this place to leave my daughter to be treated this way. How scary! DO NOT take your child to this center.

The staff at Childtime is AMAZING. They have made us feel like family. We feel lucky our son has been able to have such amazing teachers/care givers. 5 stars isn’t enough.

This place is hired based on minimum state standards. Majority of the staff have no early childhood development education. The building setup is closed off with narrow single hallway. If your small kids aren't toilet trained at home, expect many soiled clothes to come home. Additionally the safety while children are outside at play is poor. Teachers get switched without debriefing or training substitutes on the children. The staff show little enthusiasm to be at work. The only positive is the kitchen staff was receptive and caring about kids nutrition.Update: Talked with customer support and regional manager and got the same response, they only wish to meet state minimum standards, honestly not worth the tuition.

So I am not a parent. I was visiting schools with my sister and her son and this was the worst school we visited. First of all we were left standing outside while a worker could clearly see us through the window. Granted she was on the phone, but for a long time. When she finally opened the door we inquired about infant classes and gave us a very blunt answer. And when we tried to inquire further we were met with cold indifference. On our way out my sister made sure to let her know about her EXPIRED food handling license from July.
