“I came for my sons first birthday to do the pay your age birthday bear and it was such a fun experience! The staff here were all so incredibly friendly! They tried entertaining my little guy when he was getting fussy waiting in line and even was thoughtful enough to bring my stroller into the store that I had parked out front in the mall to make sure no one took it.”

“Went to Buckle for the first time today, I’ve never shopped in this store or any other location before. I needed some new clothes to freshen up my wardrobe. I saw a shirt I liked on the mannequin and an employee named Ashley came up to me to see if I needed assistance. I haven’t had a great experience shopping for clothing the last few years after having a baby and Ashley made me feel great and the shopping trip even better. I ended up leaving with several cute shirts that I probably wouldn’t have even picked up off the rack. Thanks for a great trip and confidence booster!”

“I got some great polos at a decent price with the 50% deal. Their front display shirts were out in my size so Adonis made some calls to find what store may have it. I bought a color variation, but will be back to see what else they may have in the future.”

“I've recently become a mom and Sprout is a wonderland. Not only do they have some of the cutest baby and toddler clothing they also do consignment and you can find THE cutest little things!

I found several PJs and a sleep blanket for my little love and can't wait until she's old enough for more of the fashionable items as well as some of the wonderful toys I saw inside.

“Allow me to update you on the J Crew Factory store on the BLVD..! You see these socks, that’s the sole reason. Store rep helped me pick, and I am very satisfied! Material is a bit cheap though & I’m still giving 5stars…!”

“I was the second person in line to pay, one cashier handling a return & purchase, and the second cashier was removing clothes from hangers too busy to ring in my purchase. After waiting through loooong transaction, the cashier who waited on me look mean, and unhappy to be there. Finally then she called for backup to help at register. Another issue arose when paying with credit card where they both gave me wrong information without seeking help from a manager. The white long hair girl was being particularly sassy even though she was incorrect. Even though I received poor customer service by the two cashiers working, a manager noticed my irritation and quickly wanted to figure out what happened. After speaking with manager and explaining the situation, I left feeling heard. The only reason why I'm writing this review is to commend the manager who stepped in and diffused an unpleasant interaction.”

I was immediately greeted by Mrs.Regina who with a smile showed my Daughter and I where to go find what we were there for.Then there was Mrs.Mary.who sparked up the most pleasant conversation as well as checked us out.She was Awesome. As I was checking out I asked to speak to a Manager. Mrs Shannon came without hesitation and genuine concern. I then began to tell her about Mrs Regina and Mrs Mary. As I was telling her I began to realize how Awesome she was and saw exactly why she was in management. These 3 ladies are the definition of real customer service and I hope they are acknowledged for their service!”

“The aisles were pretty tight. That's probably my only complaint. It was just a little shop that had stuff. We bought some shark teeth. There were some older people working there who were nice. The spot is along the beach boardwalk so it was nice to just pop in while we were at the beach. It's not a huge place but has some things. Good luck!”
