During my time here my kids have had fantastic hardworking staff. Due to their transition they have been working extra hard and long hours so that we can go to work. I have so many great things to say when it comes to management being responsive, informative, and the teachers treating our kids like their own and always putting the families as a priority. I thank them, and all of their hard work and commitment.

I have had my children enrolled at Childcare Network since January of 2023. Though we have not been attending the facility as long as others I do appreciate the care that they give to my children. All of the employees are friendly and engaged with all of the children. With this being the first time that my children have been in a daycare setting naturally I was hesitant but I know with the staff my children are in great hands.

The Turnover rate of staff is awful. They haven't had enough teachers for the last 18 months, so they turn away children every morning. Recently saw a mother crying because she didn't have anywhere to take her children and could not miss any more work.Myself and others are doing everything we can to find a different daycare that has some consistency. You would think that for $940 a month they could afford to pay their teachers and "directors" enough to stay.

I have never had a child in this school or worked here but I had applied to work here and today I got a phone call from CNI. Me and this lady spoke on the phone for maybe 3 minutes total. She asked me about myself. When she asked about my education I told her that I graduated high school but I’m not in college. I take classes in acting and modeling because that’s my career goal. She then proceeded to talk to me condescendingly offering me below minimum wage and because I have worked in other daycares you’d think I’d at least get minimum wage because I’m good at this job. When I said oh okay she said to me “you don’t understand why do you?” She said this in a tone that made me feel stupid. I said “yes I understand but I have earned more elsewhere and have other offers that said they’d pay more” I definitely understand pay by experience but like even burger flippers make minimum wage or more. She then said “well I guess that’s your best bet then” it makes me think about how they talk to children or employees here. If anyone reads this review make sure you do thorough research on places like this!

Edited post for an update:Since new management took over this daycare has gone down hill. It's extremely sad.The "teachers" are disrespectful-even caught one yelling at kids on multiple occasions. Almost all of the previous employees that were there before new management took over have left... if that tells you anything. My daughter has dreaded going to daycare ever since.Be prepared to have your account constantly screwed up - especially if you are a NACCRA family. No one has any idea what they are doing there.. it is the most unorganized place. It always reeks of bleach too, not sure why they think it's okay to be cleaning with that in a daycare...so be prepared to be knocked off your feet when you walk in the door.I am glad to say we no longer go there. Please look for care for your child elsewhere- you'll thank me later. My daughter has been going here since April 2016 she loves it! The teachers and other staff are just amazing. I can't tell you how many daycares I toured before we found this one. I am so glad we did! I highly recommend this daycare! :)

EDITED TO ADD: Over the past few months too much has changed. New directors, many teachers have left, and My 18 month old got injured and bitten within 4 days and no one knew it happened. My kids no longer go here.We toured several preschools before touring Childcare Network. We first met his teacher assistant and we were sold. We also noticed how clean the building was. We love the school and all of the teachers. They all seem to know my child even though they may not be his teacher. My son couldn't be happier there and he is learning so much.

It's daycare but also a school as well. Taught my daughter right words and how to fold clothes. Gives military discount.

My son just started about a month ago, and so far he loves it, his teachers are so nice (Mrs. Jackie, and Mrs. Lisa) and everyone is really friendly. They get to know each child individually, and do so many cute fun activities for the kids. He has learned so much already in just a short time, thus far we are very happy with everything at the childcare network #063

My kids have been attending Childcare Network for about 2 yrs now. They absolutely love it and have learned so much. The teachers are really good with them, and the directors are really understanding. They get a 5 star from me ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

Our kids love it here. Ms Jackie and Ms Jamiesha made our transition into childcare easy and even enjoyable. Ms Jackie and Ms Lisa are absolute rock stars! Our baby now knows so many signs for sign language, gains 10-20 new words per new lesson plan, eats on his own and is much MUCH more social than he was before we began. Our youngest is also in the school and he loves Ms Kayla who spoils him with hour-long conversation times, Ms Chelsea who transitioned him to semi solids and the bouncer, Ms Patrice who treats him like her own grandson, and Ms Jamiesha who teaches him Spanish! Can't beat that. Spanish lessons for our infant. We did have one concern in the past about the infants being with the wobblers but Ms Stephanie changed the whole classroom set up the very next morning. We've had no issues ever since. Childcare Network truly is like our extended family thanks to these awesome teachers.

I love this learning network. I normally sneak up on my preschooler when picking him up and they are always engaged in an learning activity. Their fees are very fair unlike the surrounding place charging an arm and a leg. My son comes homes happy every day, that's all I can ask for.

This is our first experience with childcare prior to Kindergarten. The staff here have been wonderful with us and our child, from the tour do the day to day day! I love the end of day report and the ability to look in on my child's day.

I love this place. I take both my daughters here. One is 8 months and the other is 6 years old. They are so good with my children and very professional. Everyone knows everyones name and they greet both of my children and my self in the morning and the afternoon. It is a very clean and structured place and I would recommend ot to anyone.
