Wonderful staff all around. The teachers and front office truly care. I feel so comfortable leaving my children. My kids come home daily with wonderful stories and surprise me constantly with new milestones achievements taught by the amazing teachers.

My child has been going here for this school year. I am super impressed by the teachers and staff that are so loving and caring. All the staff are friendly and seem to love their jobs!!!!!! My child talks about all his friends and teachers from here and I don't think I have ever heard a negative thing from him except that I pick him up too early bc he's going to miss out.

My daughter has been here since she was 8 weeks old and I would never send her anywhere else. This school keeps my daughter safe clean and she has so much fun. Communication is great. Love all of the teachers!! No complaints.

Very friendly staff, that takes excellent care of my 2 great nephews. I've picked them up on multiple occasions for our niece with safe environment for the kids. The staff's priority is for the kids safety and we'll being. Highly recommend this location.

Absolutely loved this place. Never felt more confident and safe knowing my three year old was in the care of the very competent staff and administration. The only reason we had to pull him out was because we moved out of the area. Otherwise, we would have stayed forever! Thank you for such a great experience!

Ferry Plantation Rd Site:Called to check about availability. The person who I spoke with on the phone was not helpful. They rushed to schedule a tour without checking availability for my 2 and 4 yr old. I had to request twice that she check with the director. She checked and let me know they had availability for the 2 year old but not 4. I scheduled a tour that day for 1230p. The call representative provided no helpful information about the school or anything.When we arrived they were not welcoming. We walked into silence and had to speak first with 3 people standing and looking at us in the lobby. The assistant director asked nothing about us, not even our names. She just began the tour in the lobby about the school schedule.She took us to the 4 year old classroom and that was it. Hardly a tour at all. She let me know they were full for both classes. Wasted our time.We’ve checked out a couple of places and this was the most unpleasant tour and experience despite the reviews.I’m a Program Manager for a literacy organization that works with preschools, so I work with administrators and school staff all the time. I’m not sure what was the issue but we will not be pursuing childcare here in the future.

I heard about this Daycare and I wanted to share my visit. Very professional staff. Extremely clean and organized. The environment is amazing and wonderful. You could see the love and happiness with the children and staff. I will be recommending this Daycare to everyone who is in need of childcare

GREAT EXPERIENCE! We only have great things to say about the attentive staff. The care givers in the infant room seem passionate and dedicated to taking care of the babies! I appreciated their communication- in person and through the App with real time updates. They get to know each family and baby to build trust and foster growth and development. Great experiences with Miss Juliette, Miss Charity and Miss Donna! Great experiences with Miss Shandra and Miss Trish in the front as well. The only thing I would have liked is to send our own food: once baby eats solids they provide food (which I'm sure many parents view as a positive). But overall it's a surprisingly personal experience for a corporate owned daycare.

What a wonderful Learning Center, Being rocking and rolling with this center since COVID and my tot was 6 months old, she has learned so much the atmosphere is Caring, and has a Stimulating Environment. Even during COVID they were able to keep at awesome flow with protecting parents, staff and children. Love the Teacher to Student ratio. The Director Shandria and Assistant Daneshia are wonderful they both keep the Learning Center Organized and Warm as Parents and enrolled Children come in. Safety, Safety, Safety is the 1# thing practiced and your are informed about anything that happens concerning your child. I love the Daily Reports that's given at the end of each day, which reports the Full Daily Curriculum (its different each week) and the detailed meals of what was eaten each day. So your never in the dark about what happens on a daily basis. The teachers, Ms. Jen (Infant to one teacher) ROCKS !!! Ms.Trish, and Ms. Nancy (2 year Old Teacher) Are most GOD SENT !! These teachers are all excellent, they are really engaged with the learning of each child individually and as a group. You are never surprised at what the children learn since the children reciprocate their learning at home as well. I love teacher appreciation because I am able to show them just how much I care for them caring for my Tot. It's effort (even on stressful days) they put into the care of each child. Amazing staff with a heart and caring mindset. It’s wonderful seeing my tot get excited about going to learning Center there. It more then a Daycare its a Learning Center. The facility is well thought of, rooms separated to keep the ages apart, but structured so that the teachers are able to help each other out. My Tot is happy and that makes me a happy parent. I love the Laughs and jokes as I come in as well all encourage each other as adults' at drop-off and Pick-up times. I can say so much more but it be all day. I chose Childcare Network over KinderCare and I OVER LOVE my choice. If I could give this Childcare10 stars I would and have !! The staff is extremely friendly and professional. This facility is not recommended at all! Our cousin used them for years and was happy, but it looks as though new leadership isn’t doing a good job. This place accepts more children than they have teachers for. Guess that means $$$! The night before our first day a call came from them saying they will not be able to take the kids this whole week due to staffing shortage. Really… wow..that put us in a bind on a Sunday before the next day for work. ? The next three weeks have been nothing but a nightmare. They send an email for the week with the allotted number they can take each day(which isn’t much) and you basically have to come before they are full or you get turned away. So- come and wait an hour before the available time and HOPE you get in. 1 or2 days you may and the rest you don’t. So- how long will people keep their jobs if they have to call the boss at the last minute to tell them they can’t come due to childcare. This is not emotional stability for the children to go through this and of course it is stressful for parents! These people have lost our birth certificates several times and keep asking for copies. We have not even gone there one month. We will NOT got back! Steer clear of this place! Save yourself the heartache and hassle!
