Food was amazing but when ordering just a slice of pizza no notification that it would be a 25 to 30 min wait. Would have been nice to know prior to ordering. The staff was nice. When the order was ready they came outside to give it to me.

I loved it. We have been shopping here for decades - and Chicos has been consistently excellent over this time and as relevant and chic as the day they went into business. In addition to great products, the staff has been unfailingly friendly. They also manage to compete well with the big online only retailers with not only an great online storefront but physical locations too. They get it - and get it right. This store, in addition to being well managed and well stocked, is in one of the best to end mall locations in the Hampton Roads area. Parking and security is never a problem, and pleasant enough that it's almost like a park with nice outdoor areas to sit and relax. It also has a great restaurant and other shops making a very pleasant one stop shopping destination. Highly recommended.

I ALWAYS shop at Chico’s and Soma stores. However, this Chico’s/Soma store-in-store is terrible! The ladies working there are always unprofessional, and if you ask to order or return something, they lash out like you’ve insulted them personally. The store-in-store concept does not work: no ordering sizes not in stock, no returns, and very little inventory. To boot, they’ve hire the bottom of the barrel for store staff. I get labor is tough right now, but COME ON!

Not impressed. I know Chico's is a sister company to Soma and White House Black Market, both of which I am a huge fan of (my entire wardrobe is basically WHBM). Recently, this store is a Soma "pop-up" store selling select bras, underwear, PJs and other items inside. I have a Soma dress I purchased online and could not initiate the return online for this item from my order for some reason - I contact customer support who told me I could take it to the Hilltop location because they now sell Soma items. The Chico's clothes in here are OK, they're not as stylish and cutting edge as WHBM, this clothing is geared more toward the casual older crowd and less business and work wear in my opinion. The gal that helped me was super unfriendly and not at all professional. She rolled her eyes when I told her I'd been sent there from customer service, began looking for a phone and complaining out loud about it, then, when she called them proceeded to tell them right in front of me that she didn't know why customer service was sending people there because they weren't supposed to take any returns for Soma. Excuse me.... don't you sell like 3000 Soma items 15 feet away from me? She didn't speak to me for the entire 15 minutes I stood there waiting for it to be processed and then told me in a huff that I'd get an email and the amount of the return. She wasn't even going to give me my packing slip back until I specifically asked for it. After, I browsed the racks of Soma items and she ignored me the entire time. Not impressed with her - AT ALL. Sounds like someone needs coaching on how to treat customers in this establishment, pronto. But they have a huge selection of Soma items and even had large bins with the sale underwear to choose from. Tons of bras and PJs in tons of styles and designs. I believe I'll do my Soma shopping here from now on where I can see it first without ordering it online. Let's just hope they take the returns from the items I buy there from Soma..... or maybe they don't take those back either.

We have had such a pleasurable experience each time we have visited this location. The sales staff are patient and accommodating, checking other locations for an item and shipping to us for $0.00. Treat yourself and feel the love ~

Service was incredibly slow. everyone’s food came out at different times.. well let me be clear. Four people at the table, two pizzas come out.. a third one comes out wrong and was sent back. One pizza didn’t even come. Funny how when told to cancel it all due to tired of waiting and no communication from the server the food comes out. Overall was not a good experience at all. Will not be back. And DO NOT RECOMMEND.
