Bought a 2019 Rav4 and 5 min after leaving a service engine light pops up..I call the dealership furious ready to return and they said it's a simpler fix the parts ordered and they'll let us know.That was 8 months ago, I called constantly and all we'd get a call back.Finally got in contact this week and they said they had to record of the part being on order or a record of my calls.This place is a JOKE. Please don't buy from here

Got my car serviced here. The people were all very friendly and helpful. The service was done smoothly and they recommended I fix 2 things on my car that I hadn't noticed. I will be coming back

My husband took his brand new tundra in to Checkered Flag Toyota for its first service. Truck was returned to him with loose nut logs and wheels that were not aligned. Every wheel had something wrong with it. Service manager offered to fill up his gas tank for his troubles. He asked to speak to the general manager, manager was gone for the day (appointment was at 1:45pm). General manager was supposed to call him and never did, it has been a week since this appointment and the most Checkered Flag Toyota has done is reply to my husbands review of the business with a "we acknowledge your review".Returning a vehicle with loose tire is not only unacceptable, and on top of that, there is no regard towards the customers safety. Extremely dissatisfied with service AND dealership management.Sad excuse for management replies to "reach out to them when they should be the ones reaching out to the customer. We have reached out- no answer.

After the body shop gave me new paint damage during their repair process of my vehicle I gave a 1 star review on here. The GM Bryan emailed me and asked me to take down my review because this page doesn't include the body shop, I guess? I took down that review, but the body shop told me to go to the parts department and buy a touch up pen for the scratch they put in my door with a tool (very deep thin cut like it was made with a cutting tool). Anyway, I went to the parts department and asked to order Magnetic Gray touch up paint for my 2019 Rav4. They said they would look it up by the VIN. I gave them the VIN and they ordered it and I verified back to them "magnetic gray, right?", and they said yes. I went to pick it up today and it doesn't say a color on the container, just numbers and letters. Imagine my surprise when I opened the container and it was black paint. Bryan-your parts department is also lacking.Checkered Flag just can't get their act together.Zero stars if I could.

My son desided to purchase his first car. He wants a V6 he's says. My sister & I take him to this Toyota dealer. My son is 21 in the Navy and has grown up to fast. He knew what he was looking for. The salesmen here are very nice, very helpful and not pushy at all. My son did not get a Toyota even though he was so close to getting one. He desided on a Nissan Maxima which was so nice, the ride was so smooth and it fit my son perfectly. Best part the previous owner was another salesmen here. So awesome. My son is so happy and satisfied with his purchase.!

I have been here without an appointment previously with great, immediate, walk-in service from Jade. She set up a complimentary car that took me home and picked me back up when my car was finished. 5/5The most recent time I've gone, I did another walk-in, this time for an inspection. It failed because it needed a lightbulb replaced- no biggie. Damon was a great help and gave me a price and day to come back for the ordered bulb. He was also super helpful in getting me a Lyft before closing since the inspection took awhile, again 5/5.I came back a few days later and Damon wasn't there but someone else was happy to help. They also tried to charge me more than what the original estimate was for the bulb, I told them that Damon gave me a lower estimate when I came in last and they said oh I see now. They fixed the price but I question why the price may have changed in a few days and what would have happened if I didn't mention the lower estimate from my previous trip here. Although in my case I rescued a few bucks, I would keep in mind your price estimates if you have to come back another day for any reason especially for big ticket items. Suspici0us/5Every time I have accepted the complimentary car wash. Unfortunately, I learned that they did not wipe off the wax correctly the most recent time. How do I know? Because the next time it rained, the water created these patterned streaks that I couldn't see past. Very dangerous for driving. I had pull over to get out of the car and wipe off the wax as best I could in the rain. 0/5 ruined my wipers and was quite unsafe.

Do not pay with cash, u have to wait more than a month to get your refund mailed ( they send check)Also look at their prices compared to other dealership... ripoff

This was my first time at Checkered Flag Toyota and was just in for a routine 20k check up (oil change and tire rotation). Called to schedule an appointment and was fit in the following week. Got my appointment at 7am right when they open cause I figured I would get done faster. Toby took care of me and he was very helpful and pleasant. Their waiting area is quite large with complimentary coffee, teas and water. Was in and out in one hour. Everything went well with no complaints.
