I recently purchased a vehicle from this dealership (and it was not a Porsche) I was upgrading in size and came to them to see a used vehicle I saw online. I am really satisfied by the services from Ms Lissa Guirand. She has heart and care in helping me to find my 2024 Porsche SUV. She followed up for my request timely. I had spent almost one month to shop around other SUVs from Audi, BMW and finally I bought my Porsche Cayenne from Lissa Guirand. Probably the worst customer service I have experienced through Porsche. left on hold but could hear all the conversations. The young lady kept saying she was new and no one would help her.
Side note...don't buy a Taycan in Hampton Roads area..Electrify America not there and there is very little presence of other working chargers. Tesla chargers are everywhere.

I recently purchased a CPO Cayenne and worked with Lissa (Sales) & Aran (Finance). This was my first experience buying a car sight unseen / 100% virtual. Lissa went above and beyond; taking custom videos & pics for me. She was always available via text and was very responsive. Aran made the finance portion simple and painless. Both were also very patient as I travel extensively and they did a wonderful job coordinating their schedules to my availability. My experience was top-notch and I will gladly work with Lissa and Aran on my next CPO purchase.

Mike Lupia exceeded or expectations. My husband and I were equally astonished & grateful when he offered to RETURN to the dealership on his day off …. Prior to our call he was at the dealership with another out of town family and had just made it home!
Since the initial phone call Mike was pleasant, helpful, and welcoming. He answered all of our questions, explained details, and suffered in the sweltering heat without one complaint. It was several days before we picked up my vehicle, and Mike always responded to our text messages (most of the time within minutes). Great guy! Thank you so much!

My service advisor Tim Lundsteen, was terrific. He listen to my needs and provided great guidance/recommendations. His recommendation gave me confidence to take a 5 hour trip on the road with my Q5 and feel very safe.
