I had such a bad experience at this location the manger Drew was so rude to other paying customers. I hear so many customers as well as employees complain about this location if I were you I would take my money elsewhere.

Website says shoe is available in size 11 on 12Sep22 at 3:30 pm.*Nike Air zoom GT cutNot only is it not available, but store can’t order it either. Seems like a common thing for Champs online service. Get your business together Champs. Cmon man.

Associates working there were very unprofessional. I walked around the small store twice for five minutes before anyone asked whether I needed any help, and even then it was practically whispered, whilst another employee smirked at me in the background. Another associate was having a loud phone call right in the middle of the sales floor.The lady who chose to help me seemed incompetent or not all the way there as I asked about a particular shoe that they literally had on display right in front of us. She kept repeating everything I said to her as if she didn't understand.Online told me that they had the shoe in stock at this particular location in my size, so I was there to purchase it. Apparently, the CHAMPS website lied, because after some confusion from the inept associate, she told me that they only had that shoe in the pink color on display and nothing else. I suppose I should've just ordered it online and arranged a store pickup. That part isn't the associates' or even the store's fault. That's a CHAMPS inconsistency. My problem was how everyone working there seemed as though they couldn't be bothered to do their jobs.After my interaction, I don't even want to give this company my money. I will seek another retailer.

when their system kicks off line and the payment gets taken from your account so you wait for the money to get back in your account and it clears and they still refuse to give you back your purchased merchandise. I'm livid as a mom of athletes you have lost a loyal customer and sorry but 160 bucks times 3 of us is not chump change for me. Johnathan was no help and neither was customer service who asks you to leave a message.

Talk about pissed... Champs Sports I'm so disappointed! So Friday I made a purchase and as I did so THEIR systems shut down, so they stated I could come back on Saturday to purchase it, cool, came back Saturday and as I showed them it POS from my account Jonathan and Jennifer stated it would be returned back to my account in 2 days or so bc their end batch didnt show that they recieved my payment! Well here we are on Tuesday and navy Federal not only emailed me but assured me that the payment went through and successfully! Do you know Jonathan still refused to give me the merchandise. They told ME to call customer service which I did and had no answer or vm that could call back in 2 days!! So you would think there would be some type of HELP or courtesy as it wasnt MY CARD WITH THE ISSUE but their system and NOTHING!!! So in return I had to make a fraudulent claim and now wait 10 days for my money to be returned and not a damn thing was done. I just dont get how a major store gets to take your money and bc they have old systems you suffer, I just wanted my sneakers that I NEED..but with two athletes for sons they will never receive another dollar and I know it probably doesn't matter to them but if anyone else does shop there beware bc that's how they treat PAYING CUSTOMERS...
