Horrible customer service. Rude and inconsiderate. if you're picking up pain meds or something else you really need, better go somewhere else.

I am surprised at the low amount of stars for this Walgreens. I just went in there and all three of the employees I encountered were super friendly helpful and nice! I walked out with a smile!

I called to see why my son's depression medication wasn't filled and they said it was blocked by our insurance company. I asked them why? And what do I do? the girl said "that's not my problem" and hung up on me.

The customer service has gone literally down the drain. My last prescription took 3 trips and each trip over 45 minutes wait to get filled. They messed up twice. And filled it third time! Today waited in line about 50 minutes and got to the drive through window. At 5:59 they closed the window without me and three other cars behind me that were have been waiting. Extremely rude and pathetic customer service now. Been a loyal customer of this pharmacy for 17 years. Furious and angry now. Will pull all my prescriptions from there and go elsewhere. Gave one star only because there was nothing lower.

It was shocking to me that I just walked in at 8:05 am in the morning for my 2nd shingles shot and was turned away because I didn't have an appointment. I walked in during lunch time for my 1st shot with 30+ people in the store 5 weeks ago. So why would I come here for a vaccine again? Oh and website says walk-ins welcome.

Signed up for a covid test but the confirm never arrived. Cust support is unable to send out the confirm "but I am in the system". Don't know if I should go or not.

Bob in the pharmacy is super helpful and you can tell he genuinely cares about his customers. He's gone above and beyond several times now and not just for me, for every customer that I've witnessed him assist. He's the real deal! They're lucky to have an employee with that level of care.

I have been a customer at this Walgreens for several years now. I got put on meds for blood pressure about a year and a half ago. The meds and doses have been changed a couple of times. One med was stopped altogether, after removing it on the app and telling people in person on several occasions at the pharmacy to remove that med I still keep getting reminders to refill it. Most recently I received a reminder to fill two prescriptions and I okayed it because they are two I am currently taking. Then I get The ready for pick up messages, I didn't go right away to pick them up but then I get a message saying my prescription is delayed due to insurance issues. Not the first time this has happened. Usually meant they were trying to fill blood pressure meds on my workers comp account. I go to the store to find out what's up and she hands me three prescriptions. It was pretty confusing. I guess assuming they finally got it straight with the med that I am no longer on I guess I didn't pay close enough attention, they filled a three month supply of the med I'm not even taking. I should've looked at it closer sure but like I said I thought they finally got my prescriptions Straight.I called the store told him the problem he said he could take that drug off my account which should've been off months ago I told them several times. He says he can't take it back and he can't credit my Card. Then he starts to insinuate I asked for the refill because he said it's not on auto fill like I must've asked for it, no I did not! So I said how about whoever made the mistake pay for it and he comes back at me the customer with well with that said why didn't you check out what you were getting. And to repeat I thought they finally got it together on my prescriptions. Even after saying I would be changing pharmacies he was still rude. I have heard many complaints about Walgreens but I kept going there thinking it wasn't that bad. I will not be going back.

I got 3 prescriptions without any insurance they charge me $50 for the same thing Kroger would have charged $18. $70 for the same thing Kroger charges $11. It's insane how over priced they are!!! Won't get any prescriptions there again for the principle of it!

Horrible pharmacy service! Told me that my prescription never arrived, to call my doctor, no way a prescription can get lost through e-script.. After 3 hours of my time, finally got the supervisor to look into it, and... Yes, it had been there for days. Who wants to spend the day trying to fix Walgreen's? Find another pharmacy.

I wish I could give this pharmacy a zero. Before you decide to use them try to call and speak to a person. Not the pharmacist just a live person. That will take 15 minutes and if they need to put you on hold another 20 minutes. Never in my 60 years have I ever dealt with such a ridiculous staff.

Store was great! We had to find allergy meds QUICKLY when we arrived on vacation. Ran into Walgreens and found exactly what I wanted. Also picked up a great deal on a 40 qt cooler by Coleman.... $29.99!!!!!!!! It sells for $49.99 at Walmart and Amazon. Thought it was mismarked, but when we went back to buy it, it was gone and they had none left in stock. We headed to the Walgreens on Shore and found the exact same cooler at the exact same price! Both stores were well cooled ( we were there at the end of May/beginning of June), and clean! Was greeted upon entering at both stores!
