Terrible management and store. One cashier during the peak time of year. The Slooooowest cashier I have EVEN seen. With 15 people ahead of me in line, it took over an hour to make a purchase. They need to train their employees better, to be more efficient.It will probably go out of business. The wait was so long, people were just walking out with merchandise.

During the busiest time of year they have had one or two registers open max. I have attempted to walk in four different occasions, but the line was just too long. Never seen it with more than two registers. Not attempting to go there anymore it’s just a waste of time.

This place is a fricking mess. Every single time I come in, it looks like a tornado hit or its been ransacked. Every shelf is a mess, do the employees actually do anything ever?? No name brands, just garbage everywhere. This place is as bad as it gets and I will never come back because nothing changes.Edit: Said they would send a $10 gift certificate to resolve this but actually only sent me an $8 one. Lol

This was the neatest and cleanest one I have been in so far in our area. Semi friendly customer service. Except when you went to check out. Person didn't greet us when we came up to register or when leaving.

The lady with the yellow hair needs to mind her business with someone’s kids in a store. Don’t tell me what or how to do with my kids. Very unprofessional.

One of the best Burlington's in the Virginia Beach area. Large store with wide selection of home goods, clothing for whole family, snacks and toys. Great prices too!

Love Burlington's. I love buying my baby girl's things here. Great shoes, so much better than walmart ever carries. I enjoy shopping here better than walmart for sure.

The stock here is usually pretty low. It's like they are always picked over every time I come in. I still go though... can't beat Burlington prices!

This store is a disaster. I was there when it opened and the place is a complete mess. Wasn’t greeted but did hear an employee complaining. I’ve never seen a store in this state before in my 55 years of life.

Burlington needs a clean up it's very messy store. I've been to other Burlington in New York city and New Jersey and they were much neater looking

I was in the store this afternoon, the line was wrapped around the store. There were 2 ladies doing their very best to get everyone out the best they could. I am aware that Burlington in all of Tidewater has an issue with bringing enough staff in to handle the large customer base. Kay and Briona were doing their very best to get the customers through the line, but not having enough employees they were fighting a loosing battle. Kay was very accommodating and handled everyone's needs. Kay's customer service goes above and beyond. After all of this she always had a smile on her face and was very pleasant with everyone. If I have to rate, I would give Kay a five and the rest of the issues a one.
